The polyurethane control system has been basically improved after several phases,and has reached the design requirements of the company.However,with the expansion of production scale and the intensification of polyurethane industry competition,the company have higher requirements for production processes and product quality.In order to further improve the efficiency of formula import,measurement accuracy and manufacturing execution management level in industrial field,the corresponding solutions are proposed in this paper.For the introduction of recipes,this paper proposes two approaches.The first is the new material selection scheme based on DDE communication,which shortens the material selection time and improves the production and sales rate.Secondly,the information exchange between the client and the server based on OPC technology,which improves the scalability of the control system and facilitates system maintenance and upgrades.For the measurement accuracy problem,this paper proposes a metering system based on mass flow meter and FM350-2.The mass flow meter is used,which improves the measurement accuracy.The new metering system incorporates mass flowmeter into the control range of PLC,which improves the overall automation degree of the system.For the problem of manufacturing execution management,this paper proposes the MES development plan based on Kingfusion platform,and introduces the development steps of some functional modules,which has guiding significance for the construction of MES.Based on the first and second phases of the polyurethane control system,combined with the actual needs of the company,this paper gives solutions to several key problems,which makes it possible for the company to further upgrade the polyurethane control system.At the same time,the introduction of MES establish the connection between the company decision-making layer and the process control site directly,and point out the direction for the modern company construction in the industrial 4.0 era.
