Since 2009,halogen perovskite materials have excellent photoelectric properties,?such as adjustable direct bandgap,strong optical absorption coefficient,high carrier mobility and lifetime?about 90?s of single crystal materials,the film material is about 1?s?,the diffusion length is large?single crystal material is more than 175?m,film material is larger than 1?m?,and the band width can be changed by adjusting the type and proportion of its own halogen atoms?.The adjustment of all visible light has received wide attention from researchers.The all inorganic perovskite?ABX3,A=Cs,B=Pb,X=Cl,Br,I?materials have shown special advantages in semiconductor light-emitting diodes,photodetectors,lasers and solar cells.Recently,researchers have successfully prepared CsPbX3 perovskite with various morphologies including zero-dimensional quantum dots,one-dimensional nanowires,and two-dimensional nanosheets.The main methods for synthesis of CsPbX3 include solid phase synthesis,gas phase synthesis and thermal injection.However,these methods have complicated synthesis routes and poor regulation of nucleation reaction rate.Therefore,it is great significance to design and determine an optimized process route and experimental parameters for efficient preparation of CsPbX3 nanomaterials.In this paper,CsPbBr3was selected as the research object.The CsPbBr3 material was successfully prepared by solution method,and its photodetection properties were tested and analyzed.The graduation thesis is divided into the following chapter:In the first chapter,the introduction part.It mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper.The crystal structure,basic properties,and synthesis methods of perovskite,the working principle of photodetection,and the research progress of perovskite materials in the field of light detection are briefly introduced.In the second chapter,the preparation process,structural characteristics and photodetection properties of CsPbBr3 materials have been studied.A simple solution method was used to synthesize a CsPbBr3 material with a cubic morphology and good crystallinity.The photodetection performance of CsPbBr3 was studied via photoelectric test platform and found that it has large photocurrent,good photoresponse and optical switch time stability under 405 nm violet illuminations.The CsPbBr3 material prepared in this experiment can be widely applied to the research of photodetector devices based on CsPbBr3.The third chapter focuses on the optical detection performance of the prototype of the CsPbBr3/Graphene photodetector device.Graphene oxide was prepared by the modified Hummers method,and then graphene was obtained by hydrothermal method,which has good morphology and microstructure.The prototype of CsPbBr3/Graphene photodetector device was constructed in the same way,and its photodetection performance was tested by photoelectric test platform,and the influence of graphene on photodetection performance test was analyzed.This experiment further proves that graphene can improve the light detection performance of CsPbBr3 photodetectors.The fourth chapter is a summary of the full text and a vision for the future.
