Gel polymer electrolytes have been used in supercapacitors widely due to their high designability,non-leakage,environmental friendly,etc.The introduction of ionic monomers into the gel polyelectrolyte can significantly increase ionic conductivity.Here,cationic monomer of diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride?DMDAAC?and zwitterionic monomer of 3-[dimethyl-[2-?2-methylprop-2-enoyloxy?ethyl]azaniumyl]propane-1-sulfonate?SPE?were copolymerized with N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone?NVP?,respectively,and then blended with polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?,thus the polyelectrolyte with high ionic conductivity,excellent electrochemical performance,and good mechanical properties were obtained.P?NVP-co-DMDAAC?/PVA GPE membrane was prepared by solution casting method.The experimental formula was optimized by orthogonal test,When the monomer ratio was 1:1,the initiator was 0.5%,the crosslinker was 1.5%,and the temperature was 80?,the ionic conductivity of P?NVP-co-DMDAAC?film reached the maximum of 2.86×10-2 S/cm.P?NVP-co-DMDAAC?/PVA IPN GPE was prepared by blending with PVA.The properties include liquid absorption,tensile strength,thermal stability and ionic conductivity of GPE films with different PVA contents was determined.The comprehensive performance is the best when the PVA content is10%,and the liquid absorption rate is 167%,the tensile strength is 2.37 MPa,the thermal decomposition temperature is in the range of 300-400?,the electrical conductivity is 3.66×10-2 S/cm.The high dielectric constant is 27.19?frequency1KH?.The electrochemical performance tests of P?NVP-co-DMDAAC?/10%PVA GPE membranes with different thicknesses showed that the specific capacitance increased with the decrease of thickness,and the specific capacitance reached a good level of 39.4F/g,energy density and power density were 1.37 Wh/kg and 25 W/kg,respectively.The retention of the capacitor still reached 94.6%after 1000 cycles.P?NVP-co-SPE?/PVA GPE membrane was prepared by solution casting method.The experimental formula was optimized by orthogonal test,When the monomer ratio was2:1,the initiator was 1%,the crosslinker was 2%,and the temperature was 65?,the ionic conductivity of P?NVP-co-SPE?film reached the maximum of 3.02×10-2 S/cm.P?NVP-co-SPE?/PVA IPN GPE was prepared by blending with PVA.The properties include liquid absorption,tensile strength,thermal stability and ionic conductivity of GPE films with different PVA contents were determine.The comprehensive performance is the best when the PVA content is 15%,and the liquid absorption rate is327%,the tensile strength is 6.17 MPa,the thermal decomposition temperature is 328?,the electrical conductivity is 4.29×10-2 S/cm.The high dielectric constant is 20.37?frequency 1KH?.The electrochemical performance tests of P?NVP-co-SPE?/15%PVA GPE membranes with different thicknesses showed that the specific capacitance increased with the decrease of thickness,and the specific capacitance reached a good level of 59 F/g,energy density and power density were 2.66 Wh/kg and 57 W/kg,respectively.The retention of the capacitor still reached 86.3%after 1000 cycles.
