Rural Settlement Eco-culture In Huizhou,Inheritance And Application:from The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Report of the Nineteenth National Congress stated that the problems of agriculture,country and peasants are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's living conditions.We must always give top priority to solving the issues of agriculture,rural area and peasants,and implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy set forth the aims of promotion of rural green development,creating harmony between man and nature,and developing a new pattern of prosperity and flourishing rural culture,and pointed out that ecological livability is the key to the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The present paper regards the ecological direction of the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the basic point,trying to build up a pilot area in the Construction of Beautiful Rural Areas in Anhui Province by analyzing Huizhou Settlement Eco-culture,studying how to apply it to the practices in the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Anhui.The paper is divided into the following three parts:The first part is about the research background,purpose and methods,and interpretation of relevant policies proposed by the Party and State.The second part summarizes the basic situation of Huizhou Settlement Eco-culture and introduces the main content and characterization of Huizhou Settlement Eco-culture in terms of the following four aspects:materialized ecological rationality,resource concept,ecological culture of mind and ecological aesthetic implication and on this basis,it puts forward how to inherit and protect the ecological culture of Huizhou settlements.The third part,through discussing on the internal correlation between Huizhou Settlement Eco-culture and the Construction of Beautiful Rural Areas,touches upon the contemporary value of Huizhou Settlement Eco-culture and its application in today's context.This research concludes that exploring into Huizhou Settlement Eco-culture to promote the use of excellent traditional culture for the development of rural areas will help stimulate the locals to form cultural consciousness,enhance cultural identity and cultural confidence,which will contribute considerably to the cause of Construction of Beautiful Rural Areas.
