With the rapid development of the steel industry,iron ore resources are rapidly consumed,and the easy selection of iron ore resources is seriously insufficient.The development and utilization of poor,fine and miscellaneous iron ore is receiving increasing attention.For this type of iron ore,domestic and foreign mineral processing science and technology workers have studied a variety of mineral processing methods,forming a unique mineral processing process.Anion reverse flotation is widely used as a high-efficiency sorting method for iron ore embedded in fine particles.It has successfully solved the problem of iron and silicon reduction in refractory iron ore,and made the difficult selection of iron ore in China.It has reached the advanced level in the world.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the flotation characteristics of each agent in the iron ore iron ore anion reverse flotation system.In this paper,the flotation behavior of hematite and quartz under different conditions in fatty acid system was studied.The different pH,collector type and dosage,inhibitor type and dosage,inevitable ion and so on,single mineral floating and artificial mixed ore were investigated.Choose the effect of separation.Through the tests of Zeta potential,infrared spectrum and adsorption amount,the mechanism of action of single minerals and collectors and inhibitors was explored.The results of single mineral flotation test of hematite show that the higher the unsaturation of fatty acid collector,the better the flotation effect of hematite single mineral.Under the condition of pH=8 and 3#collector dosage of 180mg/L,The best recovery rate of hematite single mineral is 87.12%;under the condition of pH=8,the four starches have good inhibitory effect on hematite,and the macromolecular starch has the best inhibitory effect on hematite;In a certain concentration range,Mg2+,Al3+,Fe3+and Fe2+have an activation effect on hematite.Quartz single mineral flotation test results show that the unactivated quartz flotation effect is poor,but with the increase of fatty acid collector unsaturation,the recovery rate of quartz single mineral is also gradually increased,at pH=12 and 3#.Under the condition of 180mg/L of collector,the recovery rate of quartz single mineral reached 26.65%;four kinds of starch inhibitors had no obvious inhibitory effect on quartz;Ca2+and Mg2+had better activation effect on quartz.According to the results of single mineral flotation test,the best separation conditions for iron ore reverse flotation are:pH=12,3#collector dosage is 180mg/L,macromolecular starch dosage is 75mg/L and CaCl2 dosage is 40mg/L.Under the optimal flotation separation test conditions,the artificial mixed ore reverse flotation test was carried out.The flotation separation test results showed that when the ratio of hematite to quartz was 1:1,the concentrate iron grade was 60.62%,and the iron recovery rate was 63.89.%;when the ratio of hematite to quartz is 2:1,the concentrate iron grade is 61.68%,the iron recovery rate is 77.55%;when the hematite and quartz ratio is 3:1,the concentrate iron grade is 61.35%,the recovery rate 75.80%.The actual ore sorting uses a strong magnetic separation-reverse flotation process to recover hematite.Through the strong magnetic separation and reverse flotation conditions test,the best test conditions are obtained.In the 3#collector dosage 500g/t?rough selection 300,select 200?,NaOH dosage 1200g/t,starch dosage 1000g/t and CaO dosage 500g/t,flotation concentration 30%,slurry temperature 30°C conditions Next,after a coarse and fine two-sweep flotation open circuit test,the iron grade of the reverse flotation concentrate is 65.11%,and the iron recovery rate is 81.87%.Finally,the"stage grinding-strong magnetic separation-reverse flotation"process was used to obtain an iron concentrate with a yield of 32.02%,a grade of 64.58%and a recovery rate of 71.58%.Zeta potential test results show that after the action of collector and hematite,the zero point of the collector changes significantly,while the zero point of quartz does not change much.The zero point of hematite and quartz changed from 4.75 and 2.80 to3.59 and 2.86 before and after the action with the collector,and the zero point of hematite shifted to the left by 1.16.The zero point of quartz changed little,indicating that the collector was The surface of the hematite is adsorbed;the change of the dynamic potential of the quartz is small,the zero point of the quartz does not change much,and the collector does not adsorb on the surface of the quartz.Infrared spectroscopy results show that the adsorption amount measurement shows that the collector can be chemisorbed on the unreacted hematite surface to capture hematite;the collector and the Ca2+-activated quartz surface are chemisorbed and captured.Quartz is collected;starch is adsorbed on the surface of hematite,and the amount of adsorption is much larger than that on the surface of quartz,thereby inhibiting hematite flotation.
