| A flotation collector was analyzed, a new collector and a simple flotation flow sheet were developed, a flotation process effect appraisal target and an action mechanism were proposed in this thesis.Because the freezing point of the saturated fatty acids and the unsaturated fatty acids were different, under the freezing condition, the saturated fatty acids and the unsaturated fatty acids were separated. The oleic acid and the polyunsaturated fatty acids were separated by the complex compound formed in the oleic acid with the urea. It was confirmed that single duplet bond unsaturated fatty acid was the oleic acid by IR, and the principal constituents of polyunsaturated fatty acids were the linoleic acid and the linolenic acid by LC-MS and NMR.A target which is iron-silicon-production ratio was proposed to appraise flotation process in this thesis. Considering the content and the yield of the flotation process of the concentrate ore and debris, the evaluated index comprehensively appraised the efficiency in flotation process.Using the special industry oleic acid and the special petroleum sulfonate as the main raw materials, a new flotation collector was developed. The synthesis optimum condition and the best hematite flotation condition were developed. In closed-circuit experiment a good target was achieved, which concentrate grade Fe was 66.80% and the iron-silicon-production ratio was 9.43 with Dong'anshan ore. The data indicated that the new collector was a kind of top quality reagent which had a good selectivity and strong capture effect.The collector and the interaction between the collector and quartz were analyzed by IR. A mechanism of reserve flotation hematite process was proposed .Under the specific pH value, iron ore was suppressed by starch, quartz was activated by the calcium oxide, in the existence of air bubble, the collector with calcium oxide which was adhered the quartz were floated, then the quartz and the hematite ore were separated. |
