Rapid economic growth has increased the pressure on energy consumption,and large amounts of energy consumption have also brought about severe environmental problems such as global warming.As far as the regions of our country are concerned,the development forms of energy-economy-environment(3E) systems in various regions are also obviously different and unbalanced,which directly restricts the sustainable development of economy and society.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important area leading and supporting China's economic and social development,as well as a demonstration area for the improvement of ecological restoration environment.However,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is also the most severe air pollution in the country,the resource environment and economic development contradictions are the most acute region.The sharp contradiction between economic growth,energy development and environmental protection has always been a difficult problem in the sustainable development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and also restricted the coordinated development process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The study of energy-economy-environment system in this region is of great significance for gradually solving the contradiction between economic development and the bearing pressure of resource environment,actively promoting the coordinated development of regional green and promoting the goal of sustainable development in the region.First of all,this thesis studies the development status and existing problems of energy-economy-environment system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which provides a realistic basis for the implementation of concrete measures and the solution of corresponding problems.Secondly,on the basis of panel unit root inspection and panel cointegration test,this thesis constructs the energy-economic-environment system model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by using the panel vector autoregressive Model(PVAR),and uses the panel Granger causality test,Panel pulse response function analysis and panel variance decomposition analysis dynamically study the measurement relationship between energy consumption,economic growth and carbon dioxide emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this thesis puts forward some measures and related policies to promote the sustainable development of energy,economy and environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between economic growth,energy consumption and carbon emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;there is a double Granger causality between energy consumption and economic growth in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the growth of energy consumption is the Granger cause of the increase of carbon dioxide emissions;a positive shock in GDP positively effects on future energy consumption,and a positive shock in energy consumption positively effects on GDP.In addition,the increase of energy consumption in this period will have a positive impact on the increase of carbon dioxide emissions.The variance decomposition of carbon dioxide emissions shows that the contribution value of energy consumption is between 64.5% and 77.7%.The government can promote the sustainable development of energy-economy-environment system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by adjusting the industrial structure,optimizing the energy structure,increasing research and development funds for low-carbon technology,improving the carbon trading market and promoting the concept of low-carbon.
