With the continuous innovation of technology,The life cycle of electronic products is getting shorter and shorter,While people enjoy the convenience brought by science and technology,The number of WEEE is also increasing.The recycling of WEEE has become an important issue in the process of economic development.WEEE has dual attributes of economic benefit and environmental pollution.On the one hand,electronic waste contains a large number of metals,Such as aluminum,iron,copper,magnets and rare precious metals,aluminum alloys,plastics and other materials;On the other hand,they contain a variety of harmful chemicals,such as mercury,lead,chromium,cadmium,halogen flame retardants,chlorofluorocarbons and so on.If it is not treated scientifically,it will bring serious pollution to the environment.In Guiyu District of Guangdong Province,the improper treatment of WEEE has seriously polluted the local soil and waters.Existing research on WEEE processing mostly focuses on the selection of WEEE recycling channels.Less research on electronics manufacturers' incentives for electronics manufacturers to innovate green.This paper studies the cooperation and innovation between manufacturers and WEEE processors:(1)Analysis of the development decision of WEEE processor and manufacturer to carry out product green innovation.Established a research and development model for WEEE processor and producer green innovation cooperation.Three models of green degree research and development are established,that is,the producer does not carry on the research and development of green degree of products,the producer alone carries on the research and development of green degree of products,and the dealer and the producer cooperate in the research and development of green degree of products.Through the solution,the optimal behavior decision of the manufacturer's processor and the optimal green level of the electronic and electrical products are obtained.By analyzing the equilibrium solution of the solution,The optimal profit and investment decisions of WEEE processor and manufacturer under different circumstances and the optimal green degree promotion level decision of manufacturer are obtained.The optimal greenness improvement level of the product is obtained by solving the model.(2)WEEE processorand manufacturer cooperate with green innovation incentive mechanism.Using the principal-agent theory to design the incentive contract for WEEE processor to carry out product green innovation for manufacturers.Analysis of Incentive Contracts for Green Innovation of WEEE Processors Incentives under Information Symmetry and Information Asymmetry.In addition,the WEEE processor designed the optimal incentive contract under the two conditions of no reward and punishment mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism in the case of entrusting the manufacturer to carry out product greenness research and development.Through the comparative analysis of the two situations,this paper makes further supplements to the incentive contract problem.(3)Evolutionary Game Analysis of Green Innovation Cooperation between WEEE processors and Manufacturers.WEEE processors and manufacturers are not completely rational in the process of cooperation.This paper uses evolutionary game theory to establish an evolutionary game model between WEEE processors and producers based on government supervision.Through the analysis of the model,the influence of the change of government supervision on the strategy choice of WEEE processors and producers is obtained.The results of evolutionary game model provide a useful reference for the cooperative green innovation among supply chain enterprises.
