Plant exogenous antioxidants can regulate plant growth.The unique physical structure and chemical properties of fullerenes make it have the potential to regulate plant growth,but its hydrophobicity impedes the application in agriculture.Based on the nitrene reaction of fullerene,this thesis aimed to modify the surface of the fullerene cages chemically by introducing hydrophilic branched chains.In order to make its derivatives have the better water-solublility,azidopopropanediol molecules with hydroxyl groups was prepared by the nitrene reaction.In this thesis,azide propylene glycol was formed by the reaction of chloropropanediol with sodium azide,and propanediol of fullerene derivatives were prepared by the reaction of fullerene with azidopopropanediol by solvent-free strategy,and the biological activity was tested.The results were as follows:(1)To optimize the reaction conditions of chloropropanediol and sodium azide,it was finally determined that the ratio of chloropropanediol and sodium azide was 3:2,and the time of this reaction was 24 h.(2)Solid products were prepared which azidadiol reacted with fullerene by solvent-free strategy.(3)The chemical structure and the addition number of fullerene carbon cages surface of the solid products were analyzed by 1H NMR,UV-Vis,IR and TGA respectively.It was finally confirmed that the average molecular formula of propanediol of fullerene derivatives is C60(NCH2CHOHCH2OH)7ˇ(H2O)6.(4)The water-solubility of fullerenyl propylene glycol derivatives was significantly better than the other fullerene derivatives such as fullerenethylamine derivatives which studied previously by the research groups,and in this thesis,the synthetic products were almost completely soluble in water.(5)Electron spin resonance(ESR)qualitative analysis proves that the products have free radicals,and the 50%inhibiting concentration is IC50=106 ?g/mL by the experiments of antioxidant elimination ABTS+ˇfree radical in vitro.(6).The wheat seeds were treated with an aqueous solution of fullerene propylene glycol derivative,and it was found that the treatment group of 100 ?g/mL and 200 ?g/mL had the effect of promoting seed germination at the 0.05 level.However,the regulation effect on wheat seedling stage was not obvious.After 4 days of cultivation in the incubator,the bud length and root length of the ecological index were not significantly different from the control group.The treatment group was 50 ?g/mL,100 ?g/mL,200 ?g/mL showed the effect of promoting wheat to root.The treatment group 50 ?g/mL and 100 ?g/mL showed that the fresh weight of wheat bud was significantly higher than the control group.In this paper a new idea that we use nitrene reaction to modifiy fullerene carbon cages is provided.A kind of fullerene derivative with good biocompatibility is prepared by reacting with small molecular compounds which have multiple hydrophilic functional groups.The growth regulation of propanediol of fullerene derivatives on wheat was preliminarily tested,which provided a reference for the regulation of plant growth by fullerene derivatives.
