The liquid ingredient production line was a core equipment which was essential for fine chemical industry batching such as fragrances?spices and others.The sealed batching tram was a core functional component in a fully automated liquid ingredient production line.A variety of liquid composition ingredients were mixed in the product container of the sealed ingredient tram to form the final product.The traditional batching methods were that Manual dispensing-weighing-mixing method,and the process of batching was directly exposed to the air.The generated irritant gas would cause pollution of the working enviroment in the air and affected the life of the equipment.Therefore,the development of a fully automatic batching system with a sealed tram has become an urgent need for the country and the industry.On the basis of extensive literature review,this article summarized the problems existing in the existing batching trams.The development trends of the liquid ingredient line was analyzed,and then the research focus and structural optimization strategy of sealed trams were defined.Based on this,a sealed trams with good sealing performance,friction resistance,explosion-proof performance,corrosion resistance,and intelligent characteristics were proposed ? researched and designed.The dissertation included the researches on the process of automatic batching system,the design of the overall structure of the sealed car,the optimization of the key structures,and the debugging of the assembly prototypes.In order to organically unite the sealed ingredient trolley with the entire automatic liquid ingredient line,it was necessary to determine the route and working method of the sealed trolley on the entire batching line equipment.Sealed tram was mainly explosion-proof and sealed,with double-row rail movement.The track of the tram was determined according to the position of the valve port in the batching production line.The overall structural design of the sealed trolley was determined by the functional requirements of the sealed trolley.The sealed tram needed to have a base movement function,a weighing function,a batch tank transfer function,an automatic switch ingredient tank lid function,a sealed environmental protection function,a batch tank transfer function,and an automatic opening and closing door function.Therefore,in the overall structure design,a variety of design schemes were proposed for different functional modules.The comparison of the advantages anddisadvantages of different schemes determined the optimal scheme for design,and completed the design of the overall structure of the sealed tram.For the problem of sealed car's prototype in the actual simulation production,ADAMS Simulation Software was used to Simulate the Scissor Mechanism of Weigh Module.The specific cause of the problem was found,and a structural optimization program was proposed to solve the problems which were between connecting rod and connecting rod in scissors,between connecting rod and bearing,and partial load of the motor.The optimized structure run reliably and fully met the requirements of the actual project.Finally,the developed sealed tram had been field mounted and debugged.The results showed that the sealed batching tram could realize the batching operation of the fully automatic liquid batching system on the premise of ensuring the reliability,environmental protection,and full automation,and fully met the requirements in the actual project and the needs of the users in the actual production and application.
