Sulfuric acid is a very important inorganic chemical and has a very common application in industries such as metal smelting,petroleum refining,petroleum purification,inorganic salt industry and dyes.In the past ten years,with the rapid development of non-ferrous metal smelting and phosphate compound fertilizer industry,China's sulfuric acid industry is in a period of rapid development.In China,pyrite-based acid,sulfur-based acid and smelting flue gas are the most important sulfuric acid production methods.In recent years,the output of non-ferrous metals in China has increased year by year,and the output of 10 major non-ferrous metals ranks first in the world for six consecutive years.With the rapid development of the smelting industry and the continuous improvement of the country's requirements for flue gas emissions,flue gas acid production has received more and more attention from the state and smelting enterprises.The flue gas produced by the smelting process of five types of metals such as copper,nickel,lead,zinc and gold is the main source of sulfuric acid produced by domestic smelting flue gas,especially copper smelting flue gas,which causes smelting of flue gas due to its smelting method.The quality is particularly good.Life cycle assessment is a tool used to assess the environmental impact of a product or its overall activity throughout its life cycle.It can be used to identify and evaluate energy consumption,raw material inputs,and pollutant emissions for product systems(including products,manufacturing processes,and service processes)to determine the potential impact of the product system on environmental safety.From the perspective of life cycle,the environmental impact assessment of the sulfuric acid production process in the smelting of flue gas,while comprehensively identifying and quantifying the environmental and economic load of the sulfuric acid life cycle of smelting flue gas,can also support the enterprise to develop the industrial product ecology(Green)design can also help industry associations understand the production status of smelting flue gas to produce sulfuric acid industry and provide a reasonable basis for setting industry standards.In order to implement "Made in China 2025" and implement green manufacturing engineering in depth,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance decided to jointly carry out the integration of green manufacturing systems in 2017 and write the application life cycle assessment method(LCA)into the green platform construction.In the request.This paper builds a data list of W copper smelting flue gas sulfuric acid at the enterprise level,and consumes non-renewable resources consumption ADP,global warming GWP,acidified AP,photochemical ozone synthesis POCP,solid waste SWP,eutrophication EP,Environmental hazard types such as health hazard HT are the main types of environmental impacts in the life cycle of smelting flue gas in W copper industry,and the environmental impacts are quantified and characterized.In order to identify the parameters(scenarios)that have a great influence on the life cycle research results of the W copper smelting filue gas sulfuric acid,and to clarify the improvement direction of the acid production of flue gas,the sensitivity analysis of the life cycle evaluation results of the flue gas acidification was carried out.Combined with the results of sensitivity analysis,the W copper industry put forward reasonable suggestions in the production process of sulfuric acid from copper smelting flue gas.
