| The stranded carbon fiber conductor is a new type of compatibilized conductor,which has the advantages of low sag,stable structure and convenient construction while ensuring the increase of the current carrying capacity.However,China has less research and application on this new type of wire,and lacks the necessary performance parameters.In particular,there is no applicable calculation model for the most important tension sag and current-carrying characteristics.This is not only a disadvantage for the promotion and application of the wire,but also affects the operational safety of the wire grid company that has used it.In view of this,this paper uses the stranded carbon fiber wire provided by a cable factory as the basis and data source.First of all,combined with the existing data,analogous to the calculation method of the relevant performance of conventional steel-cored aluminum stranded wire,a set of calculation models for tension,sag and current carrying capacity of stranded carbon fiber conductors is established,and the formula for calculating the corresponding parameters is derived.Then compare with the characteristic test parameters of the wire in the laboratory environment.On the one hand,the accuracy and rationality of the calculation model are verified,and on the other hand,the low sag and the capacitance characteristics of the wire are proved.At the same time,the wire is compared with the conventional steel core aluminum stranded wire and the other five kinds of compensating wires for the characteristics of tension sag and current carrying capacity.With the relevant experimental data as a support,the characteristic advantages of the wire in these two aspects are directly demonstrated.Finally,based on the above calculation model,using C#and Visual Basic6.0,a calculation software that can be used in engineering practice is completed.It has built-in a large number of stranded carbon fiber conductor type parameters,which can quickly obtain the required current carrying capacity and tension sag related characteristic parameters of the wire.It provide technical support for the wire construction of the wire,and provide reference for its promotion and application in China. |
