With the development of automation control technology of weaving equipment,aiming at the characteristics of carbon fiber fabric,this paper applies networked collaborative control technology to multi-unit,nonlinear and complex carbon fiber multilayer diagonal loom.With the tension control of the let-off system as the core,through establishing the system mathematical model under the network environment,the control optimization strategy applicable to the carbon fiber multilayer loom equipment is proposed to improve the tension control effect of the whole machine,thereby improving the quality of the fabric and reducing the production cost.Firstly,the working principle of carbon fiber multilayer diagonal loom is analyzed.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the fabric weaving principle,each subsystem of the loom is studied separately.The factors affecting yarn tension in the five systems of let-off,shedding,weft insertion,beating and take-up are found out,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent control strategy research.Secondly,the let-off system is extracted separately,and the spindle is taken as the research object to establish the tension control model of the let-off system.On the basis of considering network problems such as network communication bandwidth constraints and transmission delay,a network-induced delay model is established,a state feedback controller is designed and applied to the servo control system to improve the response speed and stability of loom tension control system.The system is simulated to verify the control effect of loom tension.Then,for the problem that some states in the system are unmeasurable,the control idea of designing the state observer for the network control system is proposed.Through the research and design of the common state observer and the H?state observer for uncertain time delay,the control strategy of state feedback is realized by the estimated state of the state observer output.This method effectively utilizes the advantages of state feedback control.Finally,using the designed controller and observer,the simulation platform is built in TrueTime for simulation experiments,and the influence of network induced delay and data packet loss on yarn tension control in networked control system is analyzed comprehensively.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the good control effect of the control method proposed in this paper on yarn tension control under different network conditions is verified,which meets the design requirements.
