With the development of coal mining technology,the application of large coal machine is more and more extensive.As a typical representative of modern mining equipment heavy continuous mining machines are popular due to their high coal mining efficiency,good mobility,low cost,and high profitability,etc.The heavy continuous coal mining machine adopts the cable power supply way.But in actual application,the cable usually can only be pulled by manual drag owing to the large transmission power of the cable,the rough outer diameter,the long distance,and the lack of matching cable devices.It is extremely inconvenient for the continuous mining machine to advance and retreat,which seriously hampers the efficiency of mining and poses a great potential safety hazard.Therefore,it is especially necessary to design and research an appropriate cable reeling device for heavy continuous coal miner to realize the automatic rolling of cable.According to the research of cable retracting technology at domestic and foreign and the development status of heavy continuous mining machines,the paper proposes a design and research theory about heavy continuous mining machine cable rolling device based on PLC control and hydraulic system power.First of all,according to the overall plan,the paper carries out parameter design for the cable winding structure of the heavy continuous shearer.It includes the structure design of cable drum,the design of cable structure and the mechanical structure design of integral support.Secondly,based on Solidworks modeling technology,3D modeling of mechanical parts and whole machine is completed.Then,the ANSYS Workbench simulation software is used to analyze the reliability of the key structure of the heavy duty continuous shearer cable winding device.It includes the static analysis of the cable reel structure,the reliability analysis of the sequence cable structure,the modal analysis under the prestress of the whole support frame and the fatigue simulation analysis of the coiling core shaft.According to the analysis results,the paper puts forward rationalization suggestions for further improving the reliability of key components.Finally,it establishes the HCD system loop simulation model and analyzes the traffic characteristics of each loop system.They verify the rationality of system design and provide parameter basis for field application.Through the methods of structural parameter design and reliability analysis,system design and characteristic simulation analysis,the dissertation designed and researched a cable reeling device of 12CM15 heavy continuous mining machines.It realizes the mechanized and automated cable reeling and arranging functions.It improves the quality of hoisting cables and the efficiency of coal mining,reduces the labor intensity of workers,and reduces potential safety hazards.The dissertation lays a certain theoretical foundation for the automation of the heavy continuous mining machines cable reeling device,and provides a new idea for the modern coal mining technology research.
