The Research Of XS Coal Company Transformation Development Stratrgy

With our country moving towards the new normal state of economy,and tightening the adjustment of economy structure,the traditonal resource industry meet with the crisis of survival,green,clean and environmental enterprises are needed by our society.Asthe coal industry,the long-term image of dirty,disorder and dissimilarity has included the lists of reform,especially the Shanxi district,as the province whose economy support mainly dependsof coal,also begin to transform positively.From Dec.2011,Shanxi has been decided the‘Test District of comprehensive reform in resource economy',it shows that the determination of Shanxi carrying on reform and the strengthen force of our country.XS company is a mediun-sized coal enterprise in Shanxi,Compare to the Stated-owned enterprise,whose scale and power is far from them.But as one of vital support in local economy,in addition,because of its collective economy,XS belongs to the Pioneer troops and leading geese in transformation and reform.Face to the fixed exploit years and high enery consumption and high pollution,the traditional coal enterprise only reform and innovate,adjust the direction,it can adopt to the era need and strive for survival and development.So several years ago,XS company had began to carry out diversification strategy,choose to transformation development.Today,under political demand and changed market environment,putting errort on carrying out transformation is inevitable trend and inner need for enterprise development.In this paper,XS company as the object of study,mainly research on how it carry out diversification transformation.Depends on the actual conditions of enterpeise,this paper first to analyse the relevant theory of strategic management,transformation theory and diversification strategy theory,then using the ‘SWOT'theory to analyse the risk and opportunity,advantage and disadvantage from the internal and external of the enterprise.In the end,according to the analysis result,this paper put forward the proper strategy for enterprise development---diversification transformation,at the same time,giving the safeguard measures to promote enterprise finishing the transformation well.It has a great siginificance to choose my conmpany as research object,Furthermore,the nature of collective economy of XS company is different from others on transformation strategy.Though this research,we got conclusion is that XS company continue to carry out diversification transformation is the inevitable choice and right direction for its development.For that,it must ensure the economy and development of the main enterprise goes well,and provide economuy support.At the same time,focusing on innovation-driven development for transformation project,breaking the innate,model and mechanism is effectively,which can promote transformation project develop healthy and well,and help it prevent useless effort on the development process.This paper of my enterprise research on diversification,has some periodcity and timeliness.Even though the research object is my company,the situation is detailed,the problem is specific,the describe of all sides are current,the present is information age,the speed of society development is swift and violent,the market competition is fierce,the information of products are changing all time.The enterprise only continue to keep in step with society requirement and development of the times,continue to carry out research,Our enterprise can survival forever.
