| With the formulation of the "Energy Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China" in 2007,the policy requires restricting the development of high-energy-consumption and high-pollution industries,vigorously developing energy-saving and environmentally-friendly industries,and using clean fuel stoves to reduce pollution emissions,so it is of practical significance to understand the innovation level of clean stoves with patent analysis and research to study the current clean fuel furnace.Based on this,this article is to study a patent navigation project in Hebei Province-"Efficient Civil Cleaning Furnace" Research conducted on the basis of a patented navigation project centering on Chunyan Heating Equipment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Chunyan Heating).This thesis adopts the research methods of bibliometric analysis and patent information analysis.Firstly,it conducts patent analysis on the development trend of the overall clean fuel stove industry,market layout,and focus on key innovation subjects.Secondly,it combines Chunyan heating enterprises.The actual demand,the company focus on the technical development of technology in the technical field,technical efficiency and other technical statistics.It analyzes the company's own position,andcompete with its competitors.Its patent application situation,the direction of research and development of enterprise products,Technical indicators such as technical strength are analyzed.The analysis results show that China,South Korea,Germany and other places are the main source countries of the patented cleaning stove technology,and China is a large country in the manufacture and clean fuel stoves using field,from the perspective of the development of the cleaning stove industry.In terms of the regional competition pattern of various provinces in China,Shandong has the largest number of patent applications for cleaning stoves,with a total of 568 applications.Moreover,from the aggregation degree of the top ten patent innovation entities,it is generally low,both are around 10%.It can be seen that the top ten applicants of the above stove types have poor control over the entire clean stove market and have not formed a clean stove enterprise with absolute advantages.From the perspective of the company's key technology areas,Hebei,Beijing and other places are currently the most active areas in the field of clean stoves,of which Hebei ranks first with 100 patents,in the analysis of the first-class efficacy matrix of stove type,biomass furnace.The utility model has the advantages of high-efficiency,environmental protection and energy-saving stoves in the field of high-efficiency,environmental protection and energy-saving technologies.The technology development isrelatively mature.According to the analysis of the secondary technical efficiency,the structural optimization branch of the stove product is the patent protection in this field.Secondly,It focuses on the overall aspect of the furnace as well as the patent protection in this field.From the perspective of the development of Chun-yan heating stoves,the number of Dole heating applications is the highest,reaching 35.The research and development direction is mainly based on biomass stoves and furnace accessories.It is relatively early in the focus of technology research and development in this focus.In the early stage,we focused on the research and development of technical products.The average number of claims of Schindler Technology Group reached 6.33,which was located around the middle reaches,with an average frequency of 0.58.The overall patent quality was higher.Schindler's innovative heating stoves second,from the technical strength point of view,Schindler Technology Group's technical strength is the strongest,reaching 42.57,followed by Dole heating.Based on the above-mentioned patent analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the clean burning stove industry,the enterprise focus on the technical field,and the development of Chun-yan heating stoves are proposed. |
