Research On The Application Of The Wisdom Of The Mortise And Tenon Joint In Jewelry Innovation Design

Jewelry design is in a period of rapid development with diversified style characteristics.At present,there is a phenomenon of westernization in jewelry design in China,and there are problems such as low cultural added value and insufficient innovation ability in jewelry design.Therefore,we can seek inspiration from our traditional crafts and provide some inspiration for jewelry design.As the essence of traditional Chinese woodworking craft,mortise and tenon joint have been inherited for more than 7,000 years with the long history of China,it is the crystallization of the wisdom of human creation,mortise and tenon joint not only has superb structure at the same time,also contains various aesthetic connotation and humanistic thought,it is the unity of technology and art,therefore its use in the innovation of jewelry design is of great importance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mortise and tenon joint,and obtains the concrete embodiment of mortise and tenon joint wisdom in the process of creation.Secondly,the case analysis is used to analyze the design status of mortise and tenon joint of jewelry,and the value of mortise and tenon joint of jewelry design is proved.Then the principles and design methods of mortise and tenon joint wisdom in jewelry innovative design are proposed to provide theoretical basis for later design research.Finally,the theory is put into practice,and two sets of jewelry works are designed by applying the principles and methods of mortise and tenon joint wisdom,so as to provide a new design idea for jewelry design.
