Mortise and tenon structure furniture shows the spirit and wisdom of Chinese craftsmen to the world with its generous and elegant overall layout,exquisite and implicit modeling design and profound and sophisticated manufacturing technology.However,there are a certain degree of weaknesses in current mortise and tenon structure furniture,such as poor standardization,low modeling efficiency and unreasonable size selection and so on.Based upon the analysis and summary of mortise and tenon structure and its furniture characteristics,this thesis studies the rapid modeling,parametric design,analysis,optimization and classification group technology of mortise and tenon structure,and develops the parametric design,analysis,optimization and coding integrated system of traditional furniture mortise and tenon structure,so as to help designers quickly complete the development of traditional furniture mortise and tenon structure series products.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)This thesis studies the structural characteristics of mortise and tenon in Chinese traditional furniture,and analyzes,summarizes and classifies them from the structural features,joint forms and application occasions.(2)According to the characteristics of each type of mortise and tenon structure and forming characteristics,three kinds of three-dimensional rapid modeling methods of mortise and tenon which are respectively sketch rapid modeling,feature rapid modeling and matrix automatic modeling are researched and developed,which can improve the efficiency of mortise and tenon structure design and forming,and realize the self-defined addition of mortise and tenon structure of parts;secondly,this thesis researches the parametric design technologies of programming method and dimension driven method,and combined with Access database,the parametric modeling method of mortise and tenon structure is studied and completed as well;thirdly,after analyzing the structural characteristics of table and frame furniture,the design and assembly of mortise and tenon furniture overall structure are completed by top-down and bottom-up methods respectively.(3)According to the common loading forms of mortise and tenon structure,the finite element analysis program of mortise and tenon structure is compiled with APDL language,and the analysis results are evaluated to find out the weak points.Based on this,the size optimization models of dovetail tenon,chuck tenon,grid shoulder tenon and traveling pin are established.The main parameters are taken as optimization variables,and the optimization algorithm of ANSYS is used to compare the results of the zero order optimization,first-order optimization and combination optimization,the suitable optimization scheme of mortise tenon structure is determined and optimized.(4)The coding scheme of mortise and tenon structural parts of traditional furniture is put forward,and the mortise and tenon parts commonly used in traditional furniture are coded accordingly.In view of the shortcomings of the classical fuzzy clustering K-means algorithm in dealing with the attributes of the sample,the Kmeans algorithm based on AHP weighting is used to classify the coding results into groups,which makes the grouping results more scientific and reasonable.At the same time,according to the grouping results,the BP neural network method is used to establish a new part matching model,and the intelligent matching of new mortise and tenon parts is realized.(5)Based on SolidWorks secondary development technology,plug-in development technology and ANSYS batch processing mode,a three-dimensional rapid modeling,parametric analysis and design,optimization and automatic coding integrated system of mortise tenon structure are developed,which have the functions of parametric design,automatic assembly,finite element analysis,optimization design and automatic coding of mortise tenon structure.Finally,the thesis summarizes the research work and prospects the direction of related research.
