Pine wood vinegar is a reddish brown viscous liquid obtained by condensing aromatic wood pine wood chips during steaming from a retorting device.Wood vinegar contains various organic compounds such as phenols,alcohols,acids,ketones,esters,aromatic hydrocarbons and carbonyls,has anti-oxidation,insecticidal and bacteriostatic,promotes plant growth and improves soil effects.Wood vinegar by refined and compounded can be used for agroforestry,food additives,poultry feed,daily chemical products,and medical and health,has the advantages of being purely natural,pollution-free and environmentally friendly.Pine wood vinegar conforms the requirements of sustainable development and has broad development prospects.In this study,I determined the composition of the solution and the total phenolic content of pine wood vinegar activated carbon adsorption,pine wood vinegar rotarying evaporation,mulberry leaf extract,amur honeysuckle leaf extract.The results show PWV total phenolic content is 47.49±0.14g/L,and 25 compounds have been identified by GC-MS analysis,PWVC total phenolic content is 37.13±0.02g/L,and 24 compounds have been identified by GC-MS analysis.By rotary evaporation,pine wood vinegar composition changed,the proportion of phenols and acid compounds increases,and the content of alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons decreases.Compared the antioxidant capacity ability of four kinds of mixed wood vinegar included PWV,MWV,LWV and MLPWV,LWV has the strongest total reducing power,has obvious scavenging effect on DPPH·and·OH.Under the same concentration conditions,wood vinegar has weaker ability to clear away OH than DPPH·,and the IC50 of LWV in the four mixed wood vinegars to DPPH·clearance rate and·OH clearance rate was the smallest,are 0.215±0.002g/L and 0.552±O.044g/L respectively.When the concentration is 1.0mg/mL,the DPPH·clearance rate reaches 99.9%;when the concentration is 2.5g/L,the OH clearance rate reaches 97.14%.Compared with the free radical scavenging ability of the wood vinegar or extracts,the ability of LWV to scavenge free radicals is significantly better than that of a single pine wood vinegar.By further adjusting the mixing ratio,it was found that the ratio of ethanol extract of amur honeysuckle leaf-wood vinegar(4:1)was the best mixing ratio,and the ability to scavenge free radicals was the strongest.At a concentration of 1 mg/mL,the DPPH·clearance rate and OH clearance rate were(96.52±0.07)%and(86.13± 1.70)%,respectively.Antibacterial experiments showed that MLPWV showed good bacteriostatic properties against three kinds of bacteria.At a concentration of 10 mg/mL,the inhibition zones for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were(23.43±2.51)mm,(23.31±1.68),(20.78±0.42).The MIC were 0.7813%,0.7813%,3.125%;When the MLPWV concentration is 10 mg/mL,the inhibition zones for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were(23.43±2.51)mm,(23.31±1.68)mm,(20.78±0.42)mm respectively;the MIC were 0.7813%,0.7813%and 3.125%;MWV is the best mixed wood vinegar for Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus niger;MLPWV is the best compounding wood vinegar for Phanerochaetc chrysosporium with an inhibition rate of 100%.The general trend of mixed wood vinegar to inhibit the tested fungus is Phanerochaetc chrysosporium>Saccharomyces cerevisiae>Aspergillus niger.The refined wood vinegar and the mixed wood vinegar have antibacterial activity against the six kinds of strains tested.The antibacterial activity of the mixed wood vinegar is better than that of the single wood vinegar or extract,and the mixed utilization effect is remarkable.Pine wood vinegar with different dilution ratios have different sensitivity indicators for the allelopathic effects of plant seed germination.The high concentration of pine wood vinegar showed obvious inhibition effects on the plant seeds.When the dilution multiple was increased,the inhibition effects was weakened,and the effect of promoting germination was produced under the appropriate dilution ratio of pine wood vinegar.Diluted 1500 times PWV had significant germination effect on the seeds of shallot,Chinese cabbage and celery seeds,and the final germination rate was higher than that of the blank control group.For the five groups of plant seeds in this experiment,the PWV diluted 3000 times had the best effect on promoting the germination of wheat seeds.The MLPWVR diluted 1000 times had the best effect on promoting the germination of the chives seeds;PWV diluted 1000 times had the best effect on promoting germination of Chinese cabbage seeds;MLPWVR diluted 1500 times had the best effect on germination of celery seeds.
