In this paper, aromatic plants pine sawdust wood vinegar was used as the research object, and the different wood vinegar was prepared by the method of purification and separation.Different components of wood vinegar was identified by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry?GC-MS?.The purpose of this paper was to provide the basis for the development and utilization of pine sawdust wood vinegar by determining the antioxidant activity, antibacterial activity, insecticidal activity and the effect on the seed germination of the wood vinegar, and by analyzing the effective components of the pine wood vinegar. The phenolic and acid compounds could obtained from the wood vinegar by PH gradient extraction. The results showed that there was the highest acid in the component of A3,30g/L NaHCO3 solution, and there was the highest Znphenol in the component of P2,10g/L NaOH solution. The phenol content is 4.74 times that of unrefined wood vinegar. The GC content of the acid compound in A3 was 15.05%,and the GC content of the phenolic compounds in P2was 71.23%.The antibacterial effect of A3 is obvious. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 1.5625%,0.7813%and0.7813%.For Penicillium glaucum, the inhibitory rate of A3 was 40.46%at the concentration of 10 mg/ml.The anti-oxidant ability of P2 was significantly better than that of unrefined wood vinegar. For the IC50,the anti-oxidant ability of P2 is almost equivalent to that of ascorbic acid in DPPH radical scavenging activity. The results showed that the basic parameters were as follows:pH value 2.91,density1.1014g/ml,polyphenol content?6.632±0.72?×104?g/mL,total acid content?70.21±0.05?%.Ethyl acetate extract wood vinegar contains 42 compounds, and the main content is siloxanes?51.67%?,phenolic substances?7.06%?and acid substances?3.17%?.At 40%volumetric concentration, the Escherichia coli completely inactivated after about 16h.The minimum inhibitory concentration?MIC?which calculated by the effective D value was 2.1%.Toxic activity of pine sawdust wood vinegar on Lymantria dispar L.instar larvae was respectively studied by laboratory bioassay of leaf-dipping method and spraying method.12age Lymantria dispar instar larvae is the best control period for pine sawdust wood vinegar.Laboratory bioassay of spraying method results of pine sawdust wood vinegar on Lymantria dispar 2nd instar larvae showed that the median lethal concentration LC50 of pine sawdust wood vinegar on Lymantria dispar 2nd instar larvae is 17.17%.On the wood vinegar, the spray method is more effective on Lymantria dispar 2nd instar larvae. The vinegar could affect the growth of the larvae. The results show that corrected mortality of pine sawdust refined wood vinegar of volume fraction 100%on Lymantria dispar2nd instar larvae is 56.67%in the 7th day.The purified pine wood vinegar is obtained by rotary evaporation. The wood vinegar M1 and M3 were no significant difference that is colorless and soft aroma. The composition analysis of N-hexane extraction of wood vinegar shows that the phenolic compounds of M1 and M2 were 46.97%and 39.55%respectively and the phenolic compounds of M3 and M4 were up to 70%.The wood vinegar M2 was thicker with deeper colour, which is superior to the unrefined wood vinegar on antibacterial activity. The wood vinegar M1 by the refined method was weaker on the oxidation resistance and antibacterial activity.Wood vinegar has effect on the ginseng seed germination. The wood vinegar M1 which was diluted 2500 times on the seed germination has a role in promoting.Germination rate is?51.1±5.1?%on the 10th day. When the concentration was less than 2000 times, the smaller the dilution ratio was,the stronger the inhibitory effect was.
