Study On Traceability Method Of Tan Sheep Meat Origin Based On Mineral Element Fingerprint Characteristics

In order to protect the geographical landmark product Tan sheep meat in Yanchi County of Ningxia,this paper studied the fingerprint characteristics of mineral elements in Tan sheep meat producing area,and provided theoretical basis for the research and development of Traceability Technology of mineral elements in Tan sheep meat producing area.The research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,Tan sheep meat from Yanchi County of Ningxia,Etok Qianqi of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Dingbian County of Shaanxi Province and Huanxian County of Gansu Province were selected as test samples.Than,the contents of 25 mineral elements(K,Na,Ca,Mg,P,Be,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Se,Rb,Sr,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,Te,Cs,Ba)in samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(Inductively coupled plasma-Mass spectrometry,ICP-MS),and the characteristics of mineral elements in Tan sheep meat were analyzed by variance analysis(Analysis of Variance,ANOVA).The results show that:the contents of 17 mineral elements(K,Na,Ca,Mg,P,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Se,Rb,Sr,Mo,Sn and Ba)in Tan sheep meat were significantly different among the four producing areas(P<0.05).The contents of 17 mineral elements were analyzed by principal component analysis(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)and discriminant analysis(Discriminant Analysis,DA).Ten elements of Ca,P,Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,Se,Rb,Mo and Sn were selected to establish an effective discriminant model for the origin of Tan sheep meat,and the feasibility and validity of mineral element fingerprint analysis in tracing the origin of Tan sheep meat were demonstrated.(2)Firstly,three sampling sites(Mahuangshan Township,Fengjigou Township and Gaoshawo Township)were selected according to the regional distribution characteristics of Yanchi County.Then,ICP-MS was used to determine the above 25 mineral elements in Tan sheep meat(longissimus dorsi,forelegs,hind legs,ribs)and environment(soil,drinking water,feeding forage for Tan sheep).Further,combining variance analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis(Cluster Analysis,CA),the mineral element content characteristics of Yanchi Tan sheep meat and its environment were analyzed.The mineral element indexes of Yanchi Tan sheep meat were selected as follows:Cr,Ni,Cu,Rb,Sr,Mo,Ba,Mn and Sn,and the mineral elements in the environment of Yanchi County are K,P,Ca,Na,Mg,V,Ni,Zn,Ba,Rb,Cr,Sr and Fe.(3)Taking Tan sheep meat randomly collected from Yanchi County of Ningxia,Etok Qianqi of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Dingbian County of Shaanxi Province and Huanxian County of Gansu Province as test samples,and the contents of the above 25 mineral elements in the samples were determined by ICP-MS.Finally,the identification effect of the selected traceable fingerprint information on the origin of random samples was verified by combining variance analysis,principal component analysis and discriminant analysis.The results show that:elements such as Cr,Ni,Cu,Rb,Sr,Mo,Ba,Mn,Sn,which are closely related to Tan sheep meat of Yanchi County,and elements K,P,Ca,Ca,Na,Mg,V,Ni,Zn,Ba,Rb,Cr,Sr,Fe,which are closely related to the environmentt of Yanchi County,as well as their combination elements K,P,Ca,Na,Mg,V,Ni,Zn,Ba,Rb,Cr,Sr,Fe,Fe,Mo,Mn Zn,are effective information indicators for tracing the origin of mineral elements in Tan sheep meat.
