Microorganisms play an important role in the treatment and restoration of water environment.The three strains with the most effective purificational functions,BJTNXUAD010(Acinetobacter johnsonii),BJTNXUBS031(Bacillus subtilis)and BJTNXUBS024(Pseudomonas monteilii),were screened from 26 strains isolated from black smelly water in Xixia District of Yinchuan City by traditional isolation and purification methods.The three strains were respectively prepared into suspension(OD600=1),and CODcr,NH3-N,turbidity and DO of tested water samples were analyzed by potassium dichromate method,Nessler reagent spectrophotometry,turbidimeter and dissolved oxygen analyzer,its purification and remediation effects of single and compound strains were analyzed by compounding test,the ratio of strains,fermentational conditions and environmental impacting factors were optimized by orthogonal tests,an fermentation-typed compound microbial agent was developed by use of glucose as carbon source,yeast extract powder as nitrogen source,and fermentation time period for 20 days at 40?.The purification and remediation results showed that under the conditions of environment temperature at 30?,pH 7.0 and rotational speed at 180 r/min,the compound microbial agent with the volume concentration of 5 ml/L was added to the tested water body,its purification effect was the best.The indoor simulation test showed that the degradation rates of CODcr,NH3-N and turbidity of black smelly water body were 68.74%,80.10%,65.40%,and the growth rate of dissolved oxygen was 197.30%,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)against CK treatment;the field test indicated that the degradation rates of CODcr,NH3-N and turbidity were 40.15%,56.89%,20.78%and the growth rate of dissolved oxygen was 85.71%respectively.Based upon indoor and outdoor evaluation it is concluded that the compound bacterial agent has good effects on purification and restoration of black smelly water,and that it is an effective microbial water envriomental purification agent,deserving further studies.
