Anshan Mining Co.,Ltd.Yabaling Open-pit Mine has experienced multiple slope deformation and destruction during the first phase of mining.The stability of the slope is greatly affected by the Chlorite quartz schist of the bedding structure.It is of practical significance to analyze and evaluate the reliability of the second stage slope.On the basis of on-site exploration of the current slope of the open pit,the advanced three-dimensional rock body non-contact measurement system?3GSM?is used to measure and statistically analyze the occurrence of rock mass,obtaining related parameters about the occurrence and spacing of the dominant rock mass of the slope.Focused on Hoek-Brown strength theory,and based on field survey and indoor and outdoor experiments,the CSIR rock mass classification technique is applied to the functional relationship between Hoek-Brown strength parameters and classification index values RMR and GSI.The study determined the strength and deformation parameters of the rock mass in the slope of the Duobaling Open-pit Mine.The Monte-Calo random sampling technique was used to obtain the random distribution type and the mean and standard deviation of the strength parametersThe study determined the strength and deformation parameters of the rock mass in the slope of the Yabaling Open-pit Mine.The Monte-Calo random sampling technique was used to obtain the random distribution type and the mean and standard deviation of the strength parameters.Two typical stope profiles of 7890 and 8245 were selected for slope stability and reliability analysis.The results show that for the total slope of the second phase of the west,the minimum safety factor calculated for the two sections is 1.062,the maximum failure probability is 3.1×10-4,and the minimum reliability index is 2.812.The risk of instability of the overall slope of the second phase of the Xibang design exists.So it is necessary to make appropriate modifications to the original design slope parameters and structure.The total safety slope of the second phase of the East II is calculated.The minimum safety factor calculated for the two sections is 1.267,the maximum failure probability is 1.5×10-5,and the minimum reliability index is 5.301.The instability risk of the overall slope of the East Phase II design boundary can be accept.In the first phase of the production,there was a partial destruction of the East Chlorite quartz schist,with a maximum slope height of only 56 meters.The calculated minimum safety factor is 1.485,the maximum failure probability is 1.5×10-5,and the lowest reliability index is 9.185.The damage risk is acceptable.
