The turbid circulating system of rolling steel is the most important part of rolling steel water treatment recycling system,due to the high concentration of suspended solids and oil in the circulating sewage of the rolling steel turbid circulating system,the circulating water consumption of the system is high,the sewage treatment process of the turbid circulating system is relatively complicated,and the number of electromechanical equipment used in operation is large,and the energy consumption 1s big.Whether the circulating water quality of the turbid circulating system meets the standards or not will directly affect the lifetime and product quality of the equipment.Especially in the past few years,the profit margin of the steel industry is getting smaller and smaller,and the requirement of emission to steel producers is becoming stricter from the government side.Therefore,during the treatment of the turbid circulating sewage system,it is particularly important to find the solutions to reduce the production cost and energy consumption under the premise of ensuring that the treated sewage meets the water quality standards and process requirements.In this article,the project of improving quality and profit of turbid ring sewage treatment system of the hot-rolled coil production line is taken as the research object,and the operation process and equipment are optimized according to the actual project status,so as to improve the water quality after treatment of turbid ring system and reduce the energy consumption of operating equipment.In the operation of hot-rolled sewage treatment rotastionnal flow sedimentatioan tank,it is often forced to stop production due to excessive deposition of iron oxide scale in the water-absorbing well.This paper adds backwashing function to the optimization of the original slag pumping unit,and deposits iron oxide scale in the water-absorbing well.The amount is reduced from 300mm per month to less than 100mm per month,which reduces the workload and cost of dredging and improves the operating life of the pump unit.The rare earth disk purification treatment equipment design does not consider the winter operation and maintenance requirements in the cold regions of the north,and the problems of antifreeze and pressure roller damage in winter operation are prominent.In this paper,the problem of ant freezing in winter operation of the equipment is effectively solved by connecting the external heating source and adding insulation.A large number of electromechanical equipment are used in the operation of the turbid circulation sewage system.The original design for the selection of the equipment in the turbid circulation low-pressure pump system and the'pipeline characteristic curve are seriously mismatched,which results in the big electric consumption.The energy consumption of the equipment is reduced by replacing the new energy-saving pump in this paper.The effect of flocculation and sedimentation directly affects the change of effluent quality after treatment.This paper adjusts the variety of flocculating agents in the system by comparing the running water quality and the effect of various flocculating agents.The new flocculating agent is more suitable for use in hot-rolling turbid circulating sewage treatment so that the suspended solids in the effluent is below 30mg/L,and oil content is below 5mg/L.The original design of the turbid circulating cooling tower equipment is used remote control,but the number of fans which in operation and water temperature often do not match due to human operation factors,resulting in unnecessary energy consumption.It is effectively reduced the energy consumption by using the interlocking control between the temperature of the cold water pool and the rurning fan.The flow of the turbid circulating high-pressure water supply pump system fluctuates greatly,the long-term operation of the pump equipment is prone to cause cavitation acceleration damage or leakage due to system over-pressure work.In this paper,the high-voltage frequency modification is used to realize the synchronous adjustment of the operating conditions of the system operation equipment and the demand pressure of the rolling line,which improves the safety and stability of the system operation and reduces the energy consumption.The flocculation and sedimentation process is one of the main processes used in the sewage treatment of the turbid circulating system.Optimizing and upgrading the hot-rolled turbid ring system not only improves the system's circulating water quality,reduces the system's operating energy consumption,but also explores a new direction for the energy-saving and emission reduction work of industrial production enterprises.
