With the rapid development of industrial system in our country,industrial support has been becoming more and more perfect and the environmental requirements for factories have been getting higher and higher.Sewage treatment system has played an important role in the industrial system.As the core equipment in sewage treatment,pumps are responsible for much more long-term and high-intensity tasks.The frequency of faults occurred in the pump motor is getting higher.Due to the limitations of testing instruments and the production environment,most of the domestic motors still rely on patrol inspection at present.Therefore,it is urgent to design a system for monitoring the condition of the pump motor at real time.This paper takes the water pump motor of the sewage treatment plant as the research object.In view of the frequent failure of the pump motor and the existing inspection methods which cannot meet the production requirements,a system that can monitor the condition of the motor and identify the motor fault online is designed,combined with the query of related literatures.Based on the analysis of the actual environmental conditions of the sewage treatment industry site and various motor faults in mechanisms and manifestations,this paper constructs an online monitoring system and chooses TMS320F28377D as the hardware platform for this system.The high-precision acceleration sensor is used to collect the vibration data of the motor in multiple directions and spectrums of the signal are extracted by the FFT after double filtering by hardware and software;Real-time transmission and display of system data are performed by Ethernet which adopts C/S and B/S.The system uses the vibration time domain statistical parameters and various environmental parameters to preliminarily determine whether the faults occur or not.After that,BP neural network technology is applied to achieve fault diagnosis and classification,according to the different performance of each fault in the vibration spectrum.Staff of the maintenance will also be alerted.Detailed of vibration data in each characteristic parameter,the paper introduces the design of related hardware,such as acquisition module,data transmission module and data storage module.The software framework is determined according to the design above and the software implementation of the monitoring system is recommended too.Finally,we accomplish the production by completing the prototype,carrying out the overall debugging of the system,and verifying it in actual application scenario.After system testing,we confirm that the system can meet the requirements of online fault monitoring.
