With the development of modern manufacturing technology,the demand for the variety and quantity of high-precision special-purpose tools is increasing,and the shape of the tool is becoming more and more complicated.Such blade-shaped complex tools use ordinary tool grinders and traditions.Process methods to manufacture are difficult to achieve,which has led to the study of five-axis CNC tool grinding machines in various countries around the world.The electric spindle direct drive grinding module not ouly has large output torque,high bearing capacity and good reliability,but also has fast dynamic response and high precision.However,the mechanical structure of the electric spindle direct drive tool grinding machine needs to be realized,and whether the dynamic characteristics of the key components meet the strength,rigidity and processing requirements under the direct drive mode is worthy of our research and discussion.In this paper,through the research on the five-axis CNC tool grinding machine,the design of the five-axis CNC tool grinding machine is completed with reference to the design of the five-axis CNC tool grinding machine.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper completed the overall structural design of the five-axis CNC tool grinding machine.According to the overall design scheme,the geometric modeling of each module and the assembly of each module were completed in Solidworks 3D software.(2)This paper completes the static and dynamic characteristics analysis of key components,checks the rationality of the design of key components through static analysis,and analyzes the influence of the force on the accuracy of the parts,indicating that the key components are under static conditions.The amount of deformation can meet the stiffness requirements.(3)Through the modal analysis in the dynamic characteristic analysis,this paper analyzes the natural frequency of the component and the natural frequency under the constraint state,analyzes the relationship between the natural frequency of the component and the excitation frequency,and concludes that the bed,the sliding table and the rotating work are concluded.The connector has good modal characteristics;through the harmonic response analysis,the response characteristics of the bed,slide and rotary table connectors are analyzed.It is concluded that the bed needs to avoid the 3400-3500 Hz band,and the slide needs to avoid 500.In the-600Hz band,the rotary table connector needs to avoid the 1750-1850Hz band.(4)Through the analysis of static and dynamic characteristics,this paper optimizes the design of key component structure models,mainly considering two aspects:topology optimization design and structural parameter optimization design,and obtains the optimal model of the structure.
