As the developing of electrical industry, more and more transmission lines and stations are built to meet the need of power system. In recent years, transmission lines' rebuilding is carried out in many cities and lead to electromagnetic radiation by high voltage transmission lines and stations.Electromagnetic pollution has become a serious problem. Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to systematically study the impact of electromagnetic radiation on the environment. Therefore, this paper based on the domestic and foreign existing works,by conducting the related research to the Wuhan typical region-the East Lake developing zone of the new-high technology in Beijing, and it has carried on the comparison the observed value and the theory predicted value, and compares with the corresponding national standards, then makes the analysis, proves the influence of high-voltage power transmission and transformer's electromagnetic radiation to the urban environment of Wuhan typical region, then puts forward the proposal for the urban planning and the high voltage transmission lines. The conclusions in this paper are as follows:(1)Demonstrate the significance and feasibility of this study, and review the research and development of electromagnetic radiation effects at home and abroad.According to the current research base at home and abroad, this study is feasible.(2)Analyzed the principle of the generation of high-voltage power transmission and transformation electromagnetic radiation, the main technical indicators and the calculation method of power frequency electromagnetic field. The measurement instruments, measurement methods, measurement environment, common evaluation standards at home and abroad, and domestic common standards are described.(3)From the measurement data of the electromagnetic field strength around the substation and the high-voltage overhead line, the electromagnetic radiation environment requirements are met;from the law point of view, the field strength decreases with the distance away from the substation, and increases with the distance away from the high-voltage overhead line.It is on a downward trend.(4)The monitoring indicates that the electromagnetic radiation of the high-voltage substation facilities in normal operation is less than the environmental protection evaluation standard and will not cause harm.In areas where there are many lines entering and leaving, the lower part is affected by the high-voltage transmission line, and the electric field strength exceeds the standard, but there is no personnel living around the punctuation point.(5)Analyzed the status quo of electromagnetic radiation pollution and propose corresponding protective measures, and make reasonable suggestions for urban construction planning and line transformation...
