Longdong Oil Field has entered the middle-final phase of petroleum exploitation. As aresult, water content rate of mix liquid has been increasing with the augmentation of injectionwater year after year.Using the injection scheme to exploit oil field with qualified effluent, itcan protect the environment of oil field, make sustainable development for Petroleumexploitation, and enhance the econondc benefit. The existing technology and equipment of treatment for oily wastewater can not meet theneeds of water injection with high quality, large quantity and low cost, wnich is needed forexploiting low penetration oil field. In the present treatment methods. the index of oil, suspended solid, and SGR are exceeding the criteria. This badly influences the oil productionand the protection of the surrounding environment. In this study, according to the analyes of present treatment methods, using ultra-filtrationtechnique treat the oil wastewater. The results of experiment shows that the wate quality ofoutflow is stable and coincide homologous criteria.Through the experiment, we can draw some conclusions. The compatible entrane press is0.l5Mpa.The press difference is 0.04Mpa, and When flux is 40% Of initiate flux, the backwashmust be done. The results of experiment also show that micro- filtration pretreatment isimportant for ultra-filtration technique.Through the analyses of the models of dynamics, wehave selected a suitable model for the oil wastewater of Longdong Oil Field. Moreover, thisdissertation also propounds the optimized plan and the prospect of membrane technique used inoil wastewater treatment of Longdong Oil Field.
