In recent years,haze weather occurs more frequently than before,and one of the main reasons is the discharge of pollutants such as industrial waste gas,waste smoke,and waste dust,especially the environmental impact of zinc dust emission from the hot-dip galvanizing industry,which is of high pollution and high energy consumption.However,industry promotes economic progress and cannot simply be closed.Instead,an effective and feasible environmental protection program should be explored to balance the relationship between the economy and the environment,to embark on a path of sustainable development.At present,during the environmental managment of zinc smoke,bag filter is widely used in the collection and treatment of zinc dust due to its high filtration and low failure rate.In the process,the factors affecting the efficiency of the bag filter are mainly the material and control technology of the filter bag.In terms of the use of the filter bag material,there are not much difference among enterprises,but the control technology,whether it is based on the control of IC pulse controller,PLC combination-based control or industrial computer-based control,requires on-site contact with devices,and the human-machine interface is not friendly enough.Based on the above issues,a zinc-smoke dust removal system based on Bluetooth single-chip microcomputer(SCM)was designed through the research and analysis of the zinc dust removal control system.In this control system,the main work is as follows:(1)Circuit design of system hardware.With CC2541 as the main control chip,the hardware design of the control system is completed,including the complete circuit of the main controller of the smallest system,the zinc smoke pressure detection circuit,the zinc smoke temperature detection circuit,the solenoid valve control circuit and other hardware circuit designs.The RS485 interface is also connected with the inverter to control the motor of the induced draft fan.The RS232 interface and the Bluetooth 4.0 protocol are respectively used for communication with the touch screen and the upper mobile phone.At the same time,the schematic design and PCB drawings of the system were completed on Altium Designer,and the hardware was debugged after the board was soldered.(2)System software design.Writing and debugging of the lower computer program was completed on the IAR software,including the main control program of the system,sub-program of each function and the program for communication with the host computer.Simulation analysis of automatic injection and cleaning of solenoid valve was completed on Matlab.The interface design and system parameter setting program of the host computer's mobile phone application was completed on Androidstudio.(3)System operation and debugging.Hardware test,function test and system debugging of the system were carried out by using the built experimental platform to verify the feasibility of each function module designed for the system.
