The success of digitalizing manufacturing is not only determined upon the digitalizing and infomationizing of the up layer of enterprises administration, but is also determined upon the digitalizing and infomationizing of the bottom shop floor layer. In certain aspects, the latter is more difficult than the former. To solve the problems brought by the wire communication and Network technology in traditional shops floor, to obtain the well human-machine interface and human-machine collaborative working, a wireless Ad-Hoc network based on Bluetooth technology and Windows CE.NET is presented, which is designed for shop floor manufacturing environment. As its foundation, an innovation model of CNC system is also put forward. This new kind of CNC is composed of two parts: one is the mobile controller based on Smartphone, another is the embedded CNC controller based on Windows CE.NET. Both parts communicate via Bluetooth wireless technology. The architecture and the programming model based on .NET Compact Framework as well as the Bluetooth communication mechanism and implementation of this new kind of CNC model are discussed in detail in this paper. Some running results are also shown briefly. This paper also presents another new programming module of New Opening CNC System based on Web Services, which can realize the seamless integration across the platform and the region, and makes a preliminary research on this New Opening CNC system framework, software architecture and programming realization.
