Scraper conveyor is one of the main machinery in coal mining face,its state has a very important impact on the production efficiency of the face,so it is necessary to monitor the state of scraper conveyor.Straightness is one of the contents of condition monitoring of scraper conveyor.Traditional monitoring means mainly derive straightness of scraper conveyor by the state of shearer or hydraulic support,but lack of direct means to monitor straightness of scraper conveyor,which results in some errors between monitoring results and actual situation.The curvature sensor based on FBG sensing technology can directly monitor the straightness of scraper conveyor and eliminate errors to a certain extent.Based on the principle of FBG curvature sensor,a FBG curvature sensor is designed to monitor the scraper conveyor.A visualization system of straightness of scraper conveyor is designed and developed according to the software development steps to assist the monitoring and display the monitoring results.Firstly,the principle of FBG sensor monitoring technology and the curvature sensing principle of FBG based on this principle are analyzed.Based on this principle,a curvature sensor for monitoring the straightness of scraper conveyor is developed and manufactured.Then,the sensor is reasonably arranged in the cable groove of scraper conveyor and a monitoring system is established to realize the monitoring.Secondly,in order to display the straightness monitoring results intuitively,a straightness visualization system is developed by means of programming technology and tools such as C# language and MySQL database.Firstly,description of the system is given.Then,the display demand,analysis suggestion demand and data query demand of the system are analyzed,and the data flow is compiled.Secondly,the system is divided into data communication module,database interaction module and user interaction module.Finally,the straightness visualization of scraper conveyor is realized.Finally,on the basis of monitoring intellectualization,this paper puts forward the cyclic dynamic control including monitoring,execution and control for the intellectualization of scraper conveyor and its straightness,and further puts forward the informationization and automation needed for realizing intellectualization,and The intellectualization of scraper conveyor is put forward.Through the exploration of this paper,the straightness of scraper conveyor can be monitored directly and intellectually,which provides a path for the intellectualized control of scraper conveyor and greatly promotes the production efficiency of working face.
