The high-speed and heavy-duty electric cylinder is used as the transmission part of the servo press,which converts the rotary motion of the servo motor into the reciprocating linear motion of the screw,and drives the slider to realize the forging work process.According to the working parameters and characteristics of the servo press,the structure of each component of the electric cylinder is taken as the research object,and the design scheme of high-speed and heavy-load is put forward.The efficiency and load capacity of the screw drive are analyzed,and the stress of the gearbox gear is checked.The simulation analysis of the electric cylinder motion curve is carried out,and the rationality of the structure is verified from the aspects of parts and overall structure.This paper starts from the technical difficulties of high-speed and heavy-duty electric cylinders,and optimizes the structural design from the aspects of theory and simulation.The main contents are as follows:A new type of transmission system for servo press is proposed,and the overall transmission scheme is designed.The structure of the electric cylinder parts is designed: three servo motors are synchronously controlled,the involute helical gear is used for deceleration,the trapezoidal screw drive is used,the braking components are determined,and the guiding structure for preventing the nut from rotating is designed.Designed a new nut part,optimizing the nut from both material and structure.The phenolic cotton cloth material is selected as the nut lining,the high-quality alloy steel is the nut support sleeve material,and the nut and the steel sleeve adopt a stepped fit to improve the transmission efficiency and load bearing capacity of the lead screw.Using ANSYS software to carry out static contact simulation on the nut of the round nut and the stepped nut,analyze the screw stress under different nut length and nut screw thickness,determine the advantages of the new step nut,and optimize the design.At the same time,theoretically analyze the bearing capacity of the lead screw,mainly to check its strength and wear resistance.Three-dimensional modeling and physical assembly of various parts of high-speed and heavy-duty electric cylinders in SolidWorks software,and introduction of ADAMS software to simulate the displacement motion curve of electric cylinder under different process conditions,combined with the servo motor slider motion curve For analysis,the results are consistent with the theory and meet the requirements of the servo press transmission system.Based on ANSYS software,the modal analysis of the electric cylinder screw is carried out,and the first seven natural frequencies and vibration patterns are obtained,and the vibration of the screw is analyzed.Similarly,the modal analysis of the gearbox of the reduction gearbox is concluded.No resonance phenomenon is found;the transient dynamics analysis of the input and output gears of the gearbox is carried out to simulate the stress of the gear during a certain meshing period,and the gear strength is dynamically analyzed,which proves the rationality of the structure of the electric cylinder components.
