The scraper conveyor is a continuous action transport device with a chain as the traction mechanism.Its performance directly affects the production efficiency and mining cost of the coal mine.The traditional scraper conveyor drive system is mainly used with the asynchronous motor and the reducer.The way to analyze its problems.In this paper,a new type of permanent magnet semi-direct drive device is proposed.The permanent magnet motor is used as the driving source,and the permanent magnet motor and reducer are designed as one.Designed to improve the drive of the scraper conveyor.The dynamic behavior of the whole system is related to its stability and reliability.Through the dynamic simulation of the whole system,the whole system is electromechanically coupled to study the dynamic characteristics of the permanent magnet semi-direct drive scraper conveyor.Drivetrain optimization,permanent magnet synchronous motor design and control strategies provide the basis for predicting the transport of the scraper conveyor.Mainly carry out the following research work:A permanent magnet semi-direct drive scraper conveyor system was designed.It mainly includes the selection of scraper conveyor,reducer and permanent magnet synchronous motor and inverter controller.The permanent magnet semi-direct drive integrates the motor and the reducer into one body,which can realize high torque,low speed and adapt to the harsh working environment of the coal mine.It can be precisely controlled according to the load of the scraper conveyor to reduce the imbalance and realize real-time control.The drive system of the scraper conveyor has been fundamentally changed.The mass concentration parameter method is used to establish the dynamic differential equation of the gear transmission system.The dynamic response of the gear transmission system is solved by means of MATLAB tool.The gear is under the sudden load and the step load,and the vibration of the gear is larger in the first stage.The second degree of elastic deformation between the gear pairs is greater than the first stage.The dynamic meshing force of the gear is the second largest and the first level is the smallest.The torsional displacement,elastic deformation and dynamic meshing force of the gear transmission system are similar to those of the external load.The torsional displacement,elastic deformation and dynamic meshing force of the gear under different loads provide a basis for reducing the transmission of dynamic excitation of the gear,reducing the vibration of various components of the system,improving the service life of the gear and reducing vibration and noise.The Simulink simulation model of permanent magnet semi-direct drive scraper conveyor is established,and the electromechanical coupling dynamic characteristics of permanent magnet semi-direct drive scraper conveyor are studied.The system is simulated from two aspects of working condition load and fault load.The current,speed,electromagnetic torque of the permanent magnet motor,the tension,speed,acceleration and load torque of the scraper conveyor chain were analyzed in detail.The results show that the motor starting and load increasing system have large fluctuations,but the permanent magnet motor can respond to the load excitation quickly and has good dynamic characteristics.The permanent magnet semi-direct drive experimental platform is built,and the load simulation technology is used to utilize the equivalent scaling principle.The simulation parameters are equivalently scaled,and the magnetic powder dynamometer is used as the load loading device.The load characteristics of the permanent magnet semi-direct drive system are experimentally studied.It is verified that the mathematical model and simulation model of the established permanent magnet semi-direct drive system are reasonable and correctness.
