At present,the coal mine scraper conveyor mainly uses asynchronous electric power as the power source,with the help of reducer,hydraulic coupler and other transmission mechanisms to realize the output of low speed and large torque;and the existence of these transmission mechanisms will lead to the scraper conveyor mechanical efficiency is low,the maintenance cost is high,and is prone to failure and so on.In order to solve the above problems,this paper deeply studies the driving system of scraper conveyor in coal mine;uses high-density permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive scraper conveyor directly,omits the intermediate transmission device such as reducer,so as to achieve the purpose of high efficiency and energy saving.In this paper,a low-speed,high torque and high-density permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed.Finally,the electromechanical coupling model of scraper conveyor is built and simulated,and the dynamic response of scraper conveyor under operating conditions is studied.In this paper,the annual capacity of 10 million tons of scraper conveyor as the research object,the scraper conveyor static and dynamic analysis.The dynamic equation of scraper conveyor is obtained through mechanical analysis and calculation,and then the required permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed to meet the driving requirements of scraper conveyor.Aiming at the problem that permanent magnet synchronous motor is easy to produce large cogging torque due to multi-stage structure,the cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed based on energy method with full consideration of the influence of cogging torque In order to reduce the cogging torque of the permanent magnet,the sinusoidal grading method is adopted.The immune genetic algorithm based on MATLAB is used to optimize the main design parameters of the motor.The performance of the designed high-density permanent magnet synchronous motor is simulated by the motor simulation software Ansoft Maxwell.The control system is analyzed and designed,and the control system model of the high-density permanent magnet synchronous motor is built by using MATLAB /Simulink software.Finally,the output speed,torque,current of high-density permanent magnet synchronous motor and the chain speed,chain acceleration and tension of scraper conveyor are simulated and analyzed by Simulink.The simulation results show that when the motor starts up and the load changes suddenly,it will bring strong fluctuation impact to the system,but the permanent magnet direct drive system can respond to the load changes in a very timely manner,so the scraper conveyor permanent magnet direct drive system has high requirements for the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor;the scraper chain speed,chain acceleration and tension change rules are in the start-up or on load There is a transient process when the charge changes suddenly,and then it returns to a stable state.This paper has 100 pictures,15 tables and 74 references.
