With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry in recent years,industrial safety issues have increasingly become a major concern in the industry.The gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit is a very important link and device in the petrochemical production process,and its safety problem deeply affects the safety of the entire production process.Most production processes currently use safety integrity level(SIL)assessment methods and safety instrumented systems(SIS)to ensure system and plant safety,which can greatly reduce the probability of dangerous accidents in gasoline and diesel hydrogenation units.Therefore,the SIL evaluation method and the role of the SIS system in the gasoline-diesel hydrogenation unit are particularly important.Starting from the SIL evaluation method and SIS system,this paper first introduces the research significance and research background of SIL evaluation method and SIS system,as well as the development status of SIL evaluation methods and SIS system in recent years.Then introduced the relevant knowledge and methods of SIL evaluation method and SIS system,including HAZOP analysis method,LOPA analysis method,risk matrix method and Markov model.Then the working principle and process flow of the gasoline-diesel hydrogenation unit are introduced.The structure of the raw material oil filter,hydrogenation feed pump,hydrogen feed reactor,circulating hydrogen compressor,stabilization tower,product fractionation tower,etc.is analyzed..Then combined with the previous relevant knowledge,the system design,including the system chain design and system communication design,focused on the flue gas waste heat recovery system,fuel gas low pressure interlock system,high pressure feed pump,compressor and high pressure Separator liquid level interlocking,etc.Finally,the designed system was evaluated,and the results were in line with the standard and compared with other methods.
