Oily sludge is produced in the process of oil production and processing of solid wastes,lard withdrawn reserves in Xinjiang are very big,it contains lots of toxic and radioactive nuclide refractory of harmful substances,no processing will be bad broken effects on the ecological environment.In addition,due to the rapid development of highway construction,shortage of stone used in construction are increasingly prominent,need to find alternative material.So the research will be oily sludge application in highway construction has the very vital significance.Taking Karamay oilfield oily sludge as the research object,with low liquid limit clay and fine sand as blending material curing with curing agent oily sludge.In curing raw materials through the analysis of the test system performance,on the basis of according to relevant regulations,formulate the low liquid limit clay,sand respectively do blending materials and low liquid limit clay and fine sand with blending materials,three kinds of cases,a total of 14 groups of solidified oily sludge mixture solution.For oily sludge solidification body of the program of unconfined compressive strength and leaching liquid oil content were studied.Analysis of the curing agent,content of oily sludge,the fine sand content,the type of blending materials of four factors on the unconfined compressive strength of the solidified body,and it is concluded that the secondary and secondary road base course accord with two dust 7 d unconfined compressive strength of three groups of specification requirements.By leaching test,the paper analyzes the dosage of curing agent on the oil content of the solidified body leaching,and it is concluded that the secondary sewage comprehensive discharge standard curing agent content.Through the mix optimization,the satisfies the requirement of strength index,environment and economy optimal mixture ratio.Then the oily sludge solidification body under the optimal mixing proportion of water stability,dynamic modulus of resilience is researched,analyzed the confining pressure,the deviatoric stress,degree of compaction,water content,oily sludge content on the effect of dynamic modulus of resilience of the solidified body.Results show that the water stability of solidifiedbody meet the specification requirements,the best mixture ratio,water content and degree of compaction factors change range of solidified body dynamic modulus of resilience to satisfy the two dust deflection calculation in the design of road base compressive modulus index request,show that the oily sludge solidification body meet the low grade road subgrade material performance of resistance to deformation,has application prospect.
