The ecological protection red line refers to the minimum spatial extent that must be adhered to in all aspects of regional ecological security,such as ensuring ecosystem functions,improving resource utilization,and environmental quality.The scientific delineation of the ecological protection red line is an important basis and theoretical basis f-or realizing scientific control of regional ecological environment,national ecological security construction,and rational development and utilization of ecological resources.'This study takes Qinghai Province as the research object,mainly using meteorological.soil,remote sensing and LUCC data as the research carrier,making full use of remote sensing and GIS technology methods to select the ecological environment sensitivity and the importance o'f ecosystem service f'unction as evaluation indicators.Based on the model method and the NPP method,a scientific red line delineation system for ecological protection is constructed for the environmental characteristics of Qinghai.According to the actual ecological environment characteristics of Qinghai,the ecological red line is analyzed,and corresponding control measures and treatment plans are proposed.The main conclusions drawn are:(1)Construct a Qinghai ecological red line demarcation system.Based on the concept of current ecological red line and the normative recommendations formulated by the state,the ecological environment sensitivity and the importance of-ecological function are taken as the theoretical basis for evaluation.The red line delineation method is compared.Finally,the higher precision model method is used as the evaluation method of ecologic.al function importance.The evaluation indicators mainly include soil and water conservation,water conservation,biodiversity,soil erosion and soil and water desertification sensitivity i:ndex.(2)Grading treatment of evaluation indicators.By using six quantitative models such as water balance equation,RUSLE model and modified wind erosion equation,the ecosystem service function and eco-environment sensitivity index are calculated,and the results of each index are divided into general importance,important and extreme by the maximum and minimum method.Important three levels(3)Determine the boundary of the Qinghai ecological protection red line.The extremely important areas of extracting the importance of ecosystem service function and the eco-environmental sensitivity index are used as the preliminary basis for the red line,and the preliminary ecological red line area is superimposed.Then,using the method of mode filtering and aggregation,the problem of more discrete plaques and discontinuous boundaries in the initial ecological red line region is solved.Through the distribution of the final ecological red line,it is found that the Qinghai ecological red line is mainly distributed in the Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve in the south of Qinghai,the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve in the northeast,the west of the Qaidam Basin in the northwest,the Tanggula Mountain and the Hoh Xil Nature Reserve.According to statistics,the area of Qinghai ecological protection red line is 296,098.81 km2,accounting for 42.47%of the total area of Qinghai(4)Analyze the distribution of ecological protection red lines in different zones.Based on the boundary of the main nature protection functional area in Qinghai Province,the distribution characteristics of the red line in the nature reserve were analyzed.The area of the red line in all protected areas was 180577.51km2,accounting for 60.98%of the total red line area,accounting for 83.19%of the total protected area.Sanjiangyuan Dangqu protection zone is the area with the largest area of ecological red line in each protected area,covering an area of 16527.33km2.The distribution of ecological red lines and administrative divisions in Qinghai Province is divided into two regions,north and south,from Zhiduo County to Zeku County.Among the 44 counties and districts in Qinghai,the county with the largest red line area in the county has the largest red line area.It is Zhiduo County,and the ecological red line area in the county is 62252.21km2,accounting for 77.17%of the total county area(5)Establishment and governance measures for the red line division of Qinghai ecological protection.Based on the three-level distribution of ecological service function and ecological environment sensitivity,the ecological red line of Qimghai Province is divided into water source conservation red line,soil and water conservation protection red line biodiversity protection red line,desertification sensitivity protection red line,and according to four different types.The red line division proposes corresponding control and governance measures.
