Since the discovery of liquid marbles by Aussillous and Queres,because of the advantages of low toxicity and low cost,liquid marbles have attracted more and more researcher paied attention in cosmetics,food,pharmaceutical,and so on.Oil and wastewater treatment industries have broad application prospects.The most common liquid marbles are water or other volatile organic compounds(VOCs),and gel liquid marbles have not been reported.In this paper,polyacrylamide and poly(acrylamide-acrylic acid)liquid marbles were synthesized.Liquid marbles were characterized by IR,SEM,microscopy and zero-point charge.The release(dye or drug)and absorption(antibiotic contaminants)of liquid marbles under different conditions were studied.The ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(eosin Y)and polyacrylamide as well as hydrogels silica core-shell structures were successfully prepared.The slow-release properties of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(eosin Y)under different conditions were studied in detail.The results showed that the concentration of the ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(eosin Y)released into the outside world decreased with the increase of the amount of cross linker.With the increase of volume,the concentration of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(eosin-Y)released from liquid marbles to the system increased,while the slow-release rate decreased.The release concentration of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in acidic solution was obviously higher than that in water,but the concentration of eosin Y was almost not released in acid solution.With the increase of pH,the concentration of eosin Y released outward increased.With the increase of temperature,the slow release concentration of eosin Y increased,the release performance of eosin Y was improved by adding a small amount of sodium bicarbonate,and compared with that of brush powder,the slow release effect of brushing powder was better than that of non-brushed powder,and a little amount of sodium bicarbonate could improve the release performance of eosin Y.The preparation of sustained-release gels by liquid pinball method provides a new controlled release scheme for dyes or drugs.The Acrylic acid-acrylamide gel liquid marbles were prepared and applied to the adsorption of berberine hydrochloride.The adsorption properties of berberine hydrochloride by liquid marbles were investigated.The static adsorption results showed that under the experimental fixed volume,the amount of liquid marbles was 0.036 g,the initial concentration of berberine hydrochloride was 10 mgL-1,the pH of solution was 4.0,and the adsorption temperature of berberine hydrochlorid was 30 ?,the removal rate of berberine hydrochloride by liquid marbles was 96.87%.The study of static adsorption thermodynamics shows that the adsorption of berberine hydrochloride by liquid marbles accords with the Langmuir model and Freundlich model.The adsorption is an endothermic spontaneous process,and the adsorption belongs to preferential adsorption.The adsorption kinetics shows that the adsorption of berberine hydrochloride by liquid marbles accords with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,and the intra-particle diffusion is the main control rate step.The dynamic column adsorption experiment showed that the dynamic adsorption performance was the best when the pH was 4.0,the concentration of berberine hydrochloride was 60 mg·L-1,the flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1,column height was 1.5 cm,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 58.18 mg·g-1.Through six kinds of penetration curve fitting,the dynamic adsorption accords with the Thomas model and the Clark model.Finally,the BDST model is used to predict the data well.Liquid marbles containing NaHCO3,NaCl,PVP and PEG pore-making agents were successfully prepared on the basis of experiment 2 The factors affecting the adsorption of berberine hydrochloride by liquid marbles under different pore-making conditions were studied in detail.It can be observed by microscope that different pore sizes are formed in the interior of liquid marbles by adding different pore-making agents,in which the number of pore sizes of NaHCO3 is the largest and the number of PEG is the least.The different amount of NaHCO3 can change the pore size,which has a great effect on the adsorption of berberine hydrochloride.The results of static thermodynamics and dynamic model analysis are similar to those of experiment 2,but the difference is in accordance with the pore diffusion model of dynamic adsorption,and the time of reaching adsorption equilibrium after adding pore-making agent is shortened.The dynamic column adsorption model was similar to experiment 2,and the maximum adsorption capacity was changed to 72.65 mg·g-1.
