As the working conditions of the integrated coal mining face under the mine become more and more complicated,the requirements for the work corresponding to the corresponding safety equipment are also getting higher and higher.The hydraulic support supporting the top plate of the working face and the pump station for providing the emulsion thereof are of great significance for the safe production of the working face.In order to increase the propulsion speed of the bracket,the liquid pumping device of the emulsion pumping station as a hydraulic support must have the corresponding ability to supply large-capacity liquid.At present,the emulsion pump station in China generally uses a pump station as the main c.ontrol and a pump station as the standby control.If you completely rely on the manual experience to operate the control system,it is prone to human factors failure,and it is impossible to implement automatic detection,control and other processing functions.With the rapid development of industrial automation and the increasing emphasis on coal mine safety in the country,the requirements for stability,reliability and real-time performance of on-site applications are also increasing.In this context,the working state of the emulsion pumping station was tested in real time,and the automatic control system of the inverter of the emulsion pumping station was designed.The research includes the following aspects.Firstly,the working mode of the emulsion pumping station control system and the development status at home and abroad are studied.The application of the frequency conversion control technology in the control system of the emulsion pumping station is optimized by the inverter technology.Control method.On the basis of understanding the prior art,consider how to apply the frequency conversion optimization method to the pump station replenishment control.Secondly,the working principle and working characteristics of the emulsion pumping station are analyzed.On the basis of analyzing the control disadvantages of the traditional emulsion pumping station,the scheme of adding the fuzzy control of the frequency converter is considered to achieve the pumping station,the optimal control system for safety,stability,high efficiency and energy saving is sought within the condition range.Fourth,the whole frequency conversion control system was debugged,and the difference between the new control method and the original control method was analyzed.Mainly from the aspects of stability,safety and energy saving.This paper is a frequency conversion control fluid replenishment system designed for high pressure,multi-pump and high-flow emulsification pumping station.It has online monitoring operation status,intelligent control system,system fault diagnosis,data storage and fault alarm.This function greatly improves the production efficiency of coal mines.The research of this problem solves the problem of automatic control of the emulsification pumping station,and makes a due contribution to the realization of the efficient,energy-saving and safe production mode of the emulsion pumping station system in the underground working face.
