The equipment withdraw is the most important finishing work after the completion of the stope face extraction.It is the requirement and target of the mine safety production management to safely and smoothly withdraw all the equipment in the working face.During the recovery p.rocess of the 42107 mining face support in the cold well coal mine,the 50m range in the middle of the working face and the top of the bracket are cut off,and the average amount of the roof subsidence is about 0,6m,and the maximum is 1.0m.So that the s.tent back to work in a passive situation,had to be further construction,back to the passage.So that the production safety management of mines is deadlocked.Based on this issue,the 421 panel of 42111 working face as the engineering background,on the basis of the 42111 met in the process of mining problems,monitoring data and related ore,42111 mining disturbance range,determine the 42111 working face in mining stop line position,other working face is 421 discareas related to mining provide reference data.Study follows:(1)Analyze the characteristics of roof movement failure in the advancing process of the work face,establish the pressure model of the old roof cycle,and get the influence factors of the step pressure step distance of the old roof.According to the fracture position of the old top rock beam near the roadway,the structure and motion state of the overlying rock mass in the retreating channel are classified and discussed,and the state of the stability of the old roof rock beam structure is determined.(2)Using the monitoring system of underground pressure in fully mechanized mining face to monitor the pressure,and get the step distance of the roof period at the end of the working face,and analyze the function relation between the pushing step and the pushing speed.(3)According to the state of stable structure at the end of the production stage of main roof,the working face mining stop position prediction method,and put forward the distance stop line within the range of 100m to specific measures to control the pressure by controlling the speed of.(4)According to the failure characteristics of the retreating channel,the design parameters of support strength and withdrawal channel support of hydraulic support are put forward,and the field support test is carried out.(5)By FLAC3D numerical simulation software,simulation analysis of return channel by self stress and stress influence of advanced support,simulation and analysis of return channel pressure and plastic damage range,and the simulation of bolt mesh anchor combined support,return channel supporting effect.Through theoretical analysis,field measurement and numerical simulation method of the working face of the supporting retracement channel design and safety withdraw technology research,improve the mining and excavating production link,improve the safety factor,to create a good social and economic benefits,for the similar mines the working surface of the supporting retracement channel to provide guidance.
