With the development of road traffic in China,the safety of traffic and transportation has always existed,and the number of traffic accidents is still high.In the global scope,the number of traffic accidents in China is second every year,and the problem of traffic safety needs to be solved urgently.Through the investigation,the weather causes a huge amount in all traffic accidents,so by studying the fluctuation of the weather,this paper provides a reference for the traffic safety problems,and hopes to have a deeper understanding and understanding of the traffic safety problems,and to understand the nature and guide the practice of traffic safety more progressively.In this paper,the time series of atmospheric temperature in Fengxian District and the time series of water vapour pressure in Fengxian District are analyzed and explored in this paper.The correlation between atmospheric temperature and water vapour pressure is studied by the time dependent TDIC theory.The relationship between visibility and rainfall is discussed,and the safe driving of rainfall is also discussed.Some of the effects.The relationship between the turbulence characteristics,fluctuation,turbulence structure,signal intermittency and time frequency energy three on different time scales is studied and studied.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the rainfall and the two atmospheric signals,and then put forward the transportation safety.The main results of the article are as follows:After the END decomposition,the intermittent analysis of the modes of each order shows that the strong rest is mainly in the large scale mode in each mode,and most of the modes deviate from the Gauss distribution,and only a few modes obey the Gauss distribution;on this basis,we can find that the temperature time series of the atmosphere is mainly affected by the time series of the atmosphere.The large scale coherent structure is controlled by the large scale coherent structure,and the water pressure time series is controlled by the large scale and the small scale coherent structure,but mainly controlled by the large scale coherent structure.The comparison of the spectral analysis shows that the Hilbert marginal spectrum is consistent with the Fourier spectrum structure trend,but the meaning of the two is not exactly the same.The Hilbert marginal spectrum is obtained by the Hilbert spectrum,and the results can find that the local characteristics of intermittent and other local characteristics have an important influence on the energy spectrum.The power law phenomenon in the range of0.0032<w<0.032 day-1?31<T<313 days?0.04<w<0.5 day-1?2<T<25days?can be observed from the comparison of the atmospheric temperature and the Hilbert spectrum of the water vapor pressure.It is observed that the water vapor pressure coincides with the Hilbert spectrum of temperature,indicating that the temperature has a very high correlation with water vapor pressure.The power-law phenomenon also shows that because Fengxian is located in the sea and land and has special geographical location,it has a cascade process in the marine coastal environment.By studying the extinction coefficient of particles,it is found that particle type,particle velocity,particle density and particle size are important reasons for the change of visibility.The concentration of droplets and water content in air are the important reasons for visibility parameterization.Through the study of the causes of traffic safety hazards,it is found that the decrease of friction between the ground and the tires,the decrease of visibility and the driver's psychological factors are the main causes of road traffic accidents.At the same time,it is helpful to record these data effectively in the future when traffic accidents occur.
