Research And Application Of The Extract From Pleurotus Citrinopileatus In Cosmetics

Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing,is a precious food-medicine mushroom.Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing is rich in nutrients and has various activities such as hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory.At present,its development and application mainly focus on functional foods,and there are few applications in cosmetics.In this paper,the extraction process of polysaccharides from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing was optimized.The polysaccharides with the best moisturizing properties were isolated and purified.The anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,whitening and moisturizing activities of the polysaccharide extract of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing were investigated.On this basis,a series of mushroom cosmetics were developed to provide a basis for the development of mushroom cosmetics.The polysaccharides in Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing have good moisturizing activity.The extraction process of polysaccharides was optimized by single factor and response surface method.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature93°C,extraction time 42 min,extraction ratio:1:43.The extraction amount of the polysaccharide from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing under these conditions was 1.33 mg/mL.Ethanol graded alcohol precipitation to obtain 40%,60%,80%crude polysaccharides.The40%ethanol alcohol polysaccharide has the best moisturizing performance.It consists of three polysaccharides with molecular weights of 3.32×10⁴,1.65×10⁴ and 5.25×10⁴,respectively,and the yields were 6.15%,10.92%and 32.45%respectively.The extract of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing with a crude drug content of 1g/mL was prepared under the optimal extraction conditions.The extract was formulated into different volume fractions of dilution to determine anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,tyrosinase and moisturizing properties.The experimental results show that it has a variety of antioxidant capacity,can remove hydrogen peroxide,hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion,ABTS+free radicals,and has a high degree of reducing power analysis,ABTS+free of polysaccharide extract of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing.The IC₅₀0 value of the radical scavenging rate is0.40%;the IC₅₀0 value of the hydrogen peroxide scavenging rate is 0.015%;the IC₅₀0 value of the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate is 0.38%;the IC₅₀0 value of the superoxide anion scavenging rate is 3.30%;It is not affected by high temperature,light and pH value.The IC₅₀value of the inhibition rate of inflammatory reaction of polysaccharide extract from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing is 11.17%;the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity of polysaccharide extract from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing with volume fraction of 10%is 33.75%;reducing power is excellence.And its moisturizing ability is better than 5%glycerin.Apply the polysaccharide extract from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing which the amount of crude drug is 1g/mL to the toner,lotion and cream formula.The sensory evaluation,stability,patch test and moisturizing ability of the product were measured.The experimental results show that when the suitable amount of polysaccharide extract from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing is 5%,the moisturizing performance of the product added with Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing polysaccharide extract is significantly improved,the physical and chemical properties of the product are stable,and the patch test proves that it has not caused allergic reactions in human body.
