Thoughts On Sustainable Development Pathways Of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze Dyeing And Finishing Technique In Foshan,Guangdong

As one of the characteristic traditional handicrafts with a long history in Foshan,Guangdong Province,Gambiered Guangdong Gauze dyeing and finishing technique has been selected into the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list and has been supported to some extent by national policies.However,due to the special conditions of the technique,it still faces great difficulties in its subsequent development.This paper aims to discuss the sustainability of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze in detail from the aspects of theory and practice,demonstrate the value and necessity of sustainable development of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze dyeing and finishing technique with the concrete combination of ancient ecological creation idea,typical and representative ecological philosophy ethics and the practice of each link of product life cycle,and put forward in-depth and detailed suggestions for the pathways of sustainable development of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze dyeing and finishing technique in Foshan,Guangdong Province and even local and social sustainable development.First,the research methods are applied by collecting information about the historical evolution and origin of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze and investigation on the general production procedures of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze through literature research method so as to find the existing problems from the existing conclusions in the literatures.Then,it uses cultural anthropology to observe and make a field survey on the local Gambiered Guangdong Gauze dyeing and finishing technique in Foshan,Guangdong Province and collects information about the current situation of the current research object by means of practice.Finally,it applies qualitative research method and folklore research method to get in direct contact with the inheritors of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze dyeing and finishing technique and the enterprises selling Gambiered Guangdong Gauze.Through face-to-face exchanges as well as field survey on the daily production,sales and operation process of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze,I understand the field environment of Shunde District in Foshan in Guangdong Province and its impact on Gambiered Guangdong Gauze.The field environment includes cultural history,government,sales market and other macroscopic background,so I can have a relatively perfect thinking of its sustainable development pathways.In conclusion,this paper explores the sustainable development pathways of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze from ecological,economic and social aspects,expounds the research ideas at four levels including material surface,form shallow surface,system middle surface and concept deep surface under the vision of ecological culture,puts forward four pathways including the protection,development,innovation and design of natural materials of Gambiered Guangdong Gauze,creating the Gambiered Guangdong Gauze industry system with combination of culture and ecology,modification and adjustment of related systems and policies for Gambiered Guangdong Gauze and popularizing Gambiered Guangdong Gauze and infusing sustainable ideas into local thoughts from the perspective of education,promotes the sustainable development of local Gambiered Guangdong Gauze dyeing and finishing technique in the form of in-depth and detailed strategic suggestions,and promotes Gambiered Guangdong Gauze in Foshan,Guangdong Province to be accepted by local people and even be popularized in people's daily life across the country.
