| In recent years,domestic waste classification has become the key task of social governance in China.With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s material living standards,the output and types of domestic waste are increasing day by day.In order to maintain the ecological civilization of the country,it is necessary to treat the waste that everyone rejects.46 cities in China have carried out the pilot work of domestic waste classification in2017,in order to solve the dilemma of "garbage siege".Rural domestic waste classification is imperative,and the party clearly put forward the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" at the 19 th national congress,emphasizing the protection and improvement of rural living conditions and ecological environment,so as to realize the development and revitalization of rural economy.In the process of modern urbanization,domestic waste has become the primary work of rural ecological civilization construction.It has been proved that the classified treatment of domestic waste is conducive to the reduction of the source of waste and the recovery of resource waste,so as to create a green and healthy ecological environment and make rural areas more beautiful and vigorous.In this paper,Qingyang County,Chizhou City,Anhui Province is selected as the research case,and from the perspective of rural revitalization,the current situation of domestic waste classification and treatment in this county is summarized.After investigation,the author found that the Qingyang County government actively seeks the cooperation of social capital in the classification and management of rural domestic waste and has achieved certain results.However,due to the short time to carry out domestic waste classification treatment in the local area,coupled with the lack of budget for waste classification treatment and the lack of government supervision and management functions,there are some problems in rural domestic waste classification treatment,such as the lack of waste classification facilities,the low participation of villagers in waste classification,the lack of classification knowledge of the main body and villagers,and the backward terminal treatment technology.Combined with the local geographical environment and development policy,the author puts forward the following suggestions: promote the construction of the project,reasonably plan all kinds of classified facilities,and timely adjust with the current situation of rural development,so as to achieve no lack of infrastructure resources and no waste;popularize the domestic waste classification knowledge from various angles and in an all-round way,so as to let the villagers know why and develop the classification consciousness;innovate the propaganda methods In the process of publicity,we should educate and guide villagers to classify garbage consciously,increase the research on Harmless Technology,explore the construction of resource-based treatment terminal,and establish recycling system.Finally,it is hoped that the local government can legislate as soon as possible,take the rule of law as the basis,and then use the informal system to establish the autonomy and moral rule of domestic waste classification,so as to jointly help rural domestic waste classification and lay a solid environmental foundation for the realization of Rural Revitalization strategy. |
