Due to the situation of "More Coal,Less Oil and Gas" in China,the energy structure of China will still be dominated by coal for a considerable period of time in the future.The coal with different components are used in different industries.Before purchasing and using coal,the coal must be tested by all trades and professions to judge whether the composition index of coal meets the using standard.At present,the coal testing mainly uses discrete equipment with manual operation,which has many problems such as human error and low efficiency.The process of coal testing includes three links: coal sample weighing,coal sample grabbing and transportation,and coal sample testing.In order to realize automation,informatization,and integration of coal testing process and improve the efficiency and accuracy of detection,the integrated system of coal testing is investigated,and a solution of integrated system for coal testing based on EtherCAT Industrial Ethernet is proposed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the requirement of integrated system of coal testing is analyzed,then the architecture,for the integrated system of coal testing based on EtherCAT Industrial Ethernet is constructed.According to the architecture,the functional structure,operation mode and network topology for the integrated system of coal testing are designed.By studying the multi-task scheduling problem of coal sample grabbing,the corresponding mathematical model is established,while a multi-task scheduling strategy based on distance optimization is proposed.Secondly,in order to realize the information integration and processing of the integrated system of coal testing,the technology of information integration and processing is deeply studied.The EtherCAT communication network of the system is constructed by the way of EtherCAT master-slave station.In addition,the serial communication transmission and socket communication transmission are used to construct the EtherCAT communication network.Based on the above works the information integration and processing environment of the system is constructed.Thirdly,the key control strategy of coal sample analysis in the system is designed.The coal sample testing is an important link in the coal testing process.The realization of coal sample testing,such as sulfur content detection,moisture content detection,ash content detection and volatile content detection,depends on the effect of temperature control.In addition to temperature detection,titration control is also needed for sulfur content detection.Therefore,taking the sulfur content detection as an example,this paper studies the sulfur content detection and control technology based on fuzzy control.The fuzzy control schemes of temperature and sulfur content titration based on two-dimensional fuzzy controller are designed respectively.Finally,according to the open network integrated master-slave control system architecture of "PC + Motion Control Card + EtherCAT Industrial Ethernet + EtherCAT Slave Station",the software and hardware platform for the system are developed.The development of environment of information integration and processing for the system is completed.The system is verified by experiments,and the experimental results prove the effectiveness of the system.
