Landfill leachate has a wide variety of organic pollutants,complicated composition,water quality fluctuation range,BOD5 / COD of seasonal change is big,and high concentration of organic matter and nutrient imbalance,how to ensure the garbage leachate treatment has become a domestic issues in the field.Water quality equilibrium + external MBR+ membrane depth processing(NF/RO)has become a new and mainstream combination technology at home and abroad.But the set of process in the domestic many engineering cases are also certain deficiencies,It is mainly embodied in the problem of biochemical pool foam caused by the large influent water quality,and the inefficiency of denitrification efficiency can not reach the design requirement by the shortage of carbon and nitrogen ratio in the landfill leachate,leading to water total nitrogen is not up to standard;The ultrafiltration water flux is low;NF/RO membrane pollution series problems.Changsha municipal solid wastes landfill leachate treatment plant using "water balance" + "external type of MBR + NF/RO system" for the combination process,the COD removal rate of 93.3% or more,removal rate of ammonia nitrogen 99% or higher,water index is much better than the GB16889-2008 in general the requirement in table 2,is another successful case waste leachate treatment field.This article is mainly analyzed from the following aspects: 1.Effect of water quality balance system on nitrogen removal in MBR biochemical system;2.Effects of different CODcr/nh3-n on biochemical denitrification;3.Effects of various technological parameters of MBR biochemical system on biological denitrification;Through the discussion and Research on the above factors,the actual operation data and their corresponding process parameters are fully integrated,and as the long-term data of Changsha project,it has a valuable reference value in other projects of leachate.The results show that the water quality equilibrium distribution system can better prepare the inlet CODcr/nh3-n and ensure the stable operation of the system.(1)in COD: NH3/N control at 4.5:1-5.5:1;Biochemical pool pH 6.8 7.8 control,temperature control of 32-36 ?,sludge concentration control 15-20 g/L,reflux ratio control 20-25:1,biochemical system can stable operation,denitrification effect is significant,the cost is relatively low;At the same time to protect the final discharged liquid effluent quality can achieve the "life landfill pollution control standard"(GB 16889-2008)table 2.
