Problems And Countermeasures In The Practice Of Ecological Poverty Alleviation In Xinxian County

Ecological poverty alleviation is a key link in the“five batches”of targeted poverty alleviation and an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an allround way.Ecological poverty alleviation is essentially an organic unity of environmental protection and the pursuit of economic benefits,with the dual characteristics of improving the ecological environment system and promoting poverty alleviation to be completed on schedule,focusing on the sustainability of poverty alleviation.Poverty and ecology are inextricably linked.Poverty-stricken people tend to be concentrated in ecologically fragile areas,while ecologically fragile areas often lead to regional poverty,which also counteracts the ecological environment and further deteriorates the ecological environment.As a result,poverty and ecological problems will fall into the vicious circle of “poverty-ecological destruction-poverty”.Xinxian County is a key county for poverty alleviation and development in China and has an important impact on exploring the ecological poverty alleviation in China's destitute areas.According to the meaningful practice of ecological poverty alleviation of Xinxian County in recent years,this paper,starting with the definition and theoretical basis of ecological poverty alleviation,analyzes the model of Xinxian County in practicing ecological poverty alleviation.Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and practical analysis,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the status quo and internal factors of ecological poverty alleviation in Xinxian County.The study found that there are problems of the ecological poverty alleviation in Xinxian County such as low homogenization of industries,insufficient solid work for poverty alleviation,insufficient endogenous motivation for poverty alleviation,a lack of sustainable poverty alleviation and supervision mechanism of ecological poverty alleviation.Furthermore,it puts forward targeted and operative policy recommendations for vigorously developing ecological industries,stimulating the endogenous dynamics of the people to get rich,establishing social security systems,improving ecological compensation mechanisms,and strengthening supervision of ecological poverty alleviation policies,which have provided strong practical support for the Xinxian County and even the stagnation of the poverty-stricken areas in the Dabie Mountains in Henan Province in successfully winning the battle against poverty and achieving sustainable development that realizes the integration of ecological,economic and social benefits.At the same time,it provides some reference for other provinces,cities and regions to complete the fight against poverty and the choice of ecological poverty alleviation.
