Oriented silicon steel is an important soft magnetic material,widely used in the power,electronics industry.In order to improve the energy utilization rate,the magnetic properties of silicon steel are put forward higher requirements.After nearly decades of development,the process of oriented silicon Steel has developed and matured,how to further strengthen the performance of product optimization,is the current stage of technical difficulties.In recent years,magnetic field heat treatment as a new heat treatment technology has attracted much attention,which provides a new direction for improving the production process of oriented silicon steel.The production process of oriented silicon steel is long,the process is complex,and each step of the process has an important impact on the final performance.Therefore,in this paper,pulsed magnetic field is applied in different annealing stages of oriented silicon steel,the influence of pulsed magnetic field annealing on the structure and texture of oriented silicon steel at different annealing time and temperature is studied,and the data support for the application of magnetic field annealing technology to the production of actual oriented silicon steel is provided.In this paper,pulsed magnetic field annealing of common oriented silicon steel after cold rolling and two cold rolling is carried out respectively,and compared with non-magnetic field annealing under the same conditions.The influence of pulsed magnetic field annealing on the structure size and distribution of oriented silicon steel in different stages was observed by optical microscope,and the macroscopic texture and microscopic texture of pulsed magnetic field after annealing were observed by XRD and EBSD technology,and the influence of pulsed magnetic field on orientation difference and coincident position lattice(CSL)was studied.Through the study of the pulsed magnetic field applied by the oriented silicon Steel after a cold rolling in decarbonization annealing,it is shown that when the annealing time of pulsed magnetic field is 10 min,the effect of pulsed magnetic field on grain size issignificant,and the growth effect of grain is weakened with the prolongation of annealing time.Pulsed magnetic field promotes the texture of {111}<112>,{110}<110>,{001}<110> and {001}<100>,and inhibits the {112}<110> texture which is unfavorable to magnetic properties.With the increase of magnetic annealing time,the pulsed magnetic field promotes the texture of {001}<110> and {110}<110>,and weakens the texture of{111}<112> and {001}<100>.The study of pulsed magnetic field in the intermediate annealing of two silicon steel after cold rolling shows that the grain size of {001}<110>,{001}<100> and {012}<001>is increased by pulsed magnetic field annealing.Pulsed magnetic field promotes{111}<112> texture and inhibits texture of {111}<110> and {112}<110>.The pulsed magnetic field reduces the small angle grain boundaries,increases the special grain boundaries with a misorientation of 20 to 45 degrees,and increases the high energy grain boundaries favorable for Gauss orientation,such as the ?3 grain boundaries and the ?9grain boundaries,which is beneficial to the two recrystallization.Through the study of the samples after high temperature annealing,it is shown that the grain size of the samples annealed by pulsed magnetic field is larger than that of the sample without magnetic field,and the deviation angle of the samples annealed by pulsed magnetic field is mainly distributed between 2o and 4o,which is smaller than that of the sample without magnetic field.Pulsed magnetic field can improve the magnetic properties and reduce the iron loss to some extent,and the prolonging of holding time at high temperature is conducive to the improvement of magnetic properties of silicon steel.
