Oriented silicon steel is an important soft magnetic material in industrial production because of its many excellent magnetic properties,which can be seen in various fields of electric power.It enjoys the reputation of "crown of art" in steel.The production process of oriented silicon steel is complex and the production process is long,so every step of the process affects the final performance of oriented silicon steel.At present,due to the vigorous development of the steel industry,the production process of oriented silicon steel has been very mature.To explore a more efficient,energy-saving and high-quality production process is the goal of the production of oriented silicon steel in the next few years.Magnetic field heat treatment provides a new way for the study of new production process of oriented silicon steel.Therefore,in this experiment,DC magnetic field annealing was carried out in the decarburization and annealing stage of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel.The amount of carbon,structure and texture of the steel after decarburization and annealing under different annealing temperature,annealing time and magnetic field strength were analyzed and discussed respectively,providing more effective data for DC magnetic field annealing technology.In this paper,the direct current magnetic field annealing of general oriented silicon steel is carried out and compared with the samples annealed under the same conditions.The amount of carbon remained in the annealed samples was measured by the LECO infrared carbon sulfur analyzer cs744.The effect of grain size of the annealed samples was observed by electron microscope.The macro texture of the annealed samples was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The micro texture of the annealed samples was observed by EBSD technology.The main texture types of oriented silicon steel after decarburization annealing in DC magnetic field are {001} <110>,{111} <112>,{110} <110> and {111} <110> texture.The strongest peak appears in {111} <112> texture,and the Gauss texture content is very low.With the increase of annealing time,the effect of reducing carbon residue is better.The maximum carbon residue can be reduced by 37.6% compared with the common annealed samples.After DC magnetic field annealing,the average grain size of the sample can be reduced by 11.9% than that of the sample after ordinary annealing.The effect of DC magnetic field refining grain size is significant,and the grain distribution is more uniform.DC magnetic field can promote {001} <110> and {111} <112>,and increase the annealing time of DC magnetic field,the effect of DC magnetic field is better,and it can inhibit {112} <110> texture.
