With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for energy is increasing."The national 13 th Five-year Plan" for energy conservation and emission reduction clearly states that by 2020,the energy consumption of ten thousand yuan of GDP will be 15% lower than that of 2015.Energy saving and consumption reduction plays an important role in promoting resource conservation and environmental protection,and is a powerful guarantee to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and promote their development.In this paper,process flow simulation software PRO/? was used to simulate the 5.0Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum unit of petrochina changqing petrochemical company,and Aspen Energy Analyzer was used to optimize the heat exchange network with pinch analysis technology.In order to find the breakthrough point of saving energy and reducing consumption,comparing with similar equipment indexes,the device can process in has carried on the comprehensive analysis,found that the electric desalting tank temperature drop on the high side,at the beginning of the distillation tower high operating pressure,vacuum distillation tower heat distribution is not reasonable,each side product and crude oil heat exchange after high temperature,low temperature thermal system heat underutilized,determine the heat recycling line products,improve the heat transfer temperature,increase equipment utilization rate of energy recovery and the decrease of cooling abandoned direction of energy saving.Through model debugging and actual operation experience,put forward at the beginning of the distillation tower process optimization,the vacuum distillation tower of 3 line change,and secondary reduction and heat pump replacement motor network optimization four energy-saving retrofit scheme,and proposed the feasible to the operation of the unit fractionation system optimization Suggestions,is expected to reach 1.257 kg EO/t energy-saving potential,generate economic benefits of 12.859 million yuan per year.
